Cut out instructions were incorrect. I should have measured before making the cut. Overall, a beautiful and practical bth cabinet. The inside mirror doesn’t stay in place, slides down and lives at the bottom of the door.

One of the lights stopped working less than 2 years into using it. We were also gone for 8 months staying with family so didnt use it a single day during that time. Contacted support - they say the whole front door has to be replaced and warranty for only one year! what a joke! This problem is widely reported, product is defective, do not buy Kohler!

The measurement they give you for wall opening is exact. Give yourself an extra 1/8 all the way around.

Beautiful! It is easy to remove de doors, added shelves and reinstall the doors.

Reviews here and on other sites incl. Kohler’s the light will fail within a short time. As a professional interior architect I have specified Kohler over many years but this expensive medicine cabinet is designed to fail electrically. The door opening and closing stresses the wiring and the lights will no longer work. I will replace this with something by another manufacturer at my own expense as Kohler was not helpful at all and only offered me a replacement at 50% off. Really?

The door hinges will not allow the door to remain open in a desired position for the use of the mirrors. It tends to be self closing and moves on it own. Will not stay put in all positions. Would not have purchased if I knew this was a problem.

The mirror installed easily and looks great. We like the multi-mirrors on the back of the cabinet and inside of the doors. Only gave it 3 stars though as the “soft-close” doors are not soft close. Both my doors slam shut and then bounce before closing which is extremely frustrating for the price paid for the mirror. I initially returned the mirror and got another one and the same issue persists even after trying to adjust the hinges. I would have boughten an entirely different medicine cabinet if I hadn’t already measured and cut out the section of my wall for a flush mount installation. So unfortunately we now have an expensive medicine cabinet that doesn’t function they way advertised.

Beautifully made, very bright and streamlined, I needed a narrow surface mounted medicine cabinet and this one was a perfect. Plenty of shelves, lots of mirrors, and elegant looking.

We bought this to replace a standard builder-grade cabinet. I thought the 30 inch height would give us more space. Maybe it's the depth of the shelves, but I can't fit everything that was in the old smaller cabinet into this one. Disappointed.

Plenty of mirros and beautiful slow close hinges. We utilized the wall mount and it was easy to install. The only small complaint is the interior round mirror does not slide up and down easily to adjust for different heights.

Lots of shelves, pop out round magnifying mirror is easily adjustable for your height.

I bought this to be recessed but upon further investigation, my handyman could not cut into the wall. I ordered the mirrored finished sides and had it surface mounted which was pretty easy since they use a French Cleat and 4 fasteners that attach in each corner to secure to the wall. I love the interior which holds everything i had in a small medicine cabinet and counter. The magnifying mirror inside is very useful. Easy to keep clean and amazingly dust free. The only con is the larger door that swing out to your right; you must move out of the way or duck!. Kohler should have designed that with split doors instead.
