This is a beautiful sink, but it is so heavy...
This is a beautiful sink, but it is so heavy that we are having trouble with the countertop (quartz) holding. Plan for lots of undersink reinforcements that could eat into storage space.

Extremely Poor Finish on a Great Sink
Sink installed 3 years ago with low volume usage, protective racks always in place, and no abrasive cleaners used. After 3 years of light use, the bottom of the sink's finish has worn away. Love the sink otherwise but 3 years and the finish is gone, really? My parents sink is 50 years old and is perfect. Another example of manufacturers constant focus of taking costs out of products, and ultimately producing crap products.

All the extras that come with this sink are a real plus!
I have had this sink for about 7 years now, and I still love it! The sink is shiny except for the bottom….seems to have a matte finish. I don’t remember if it was like that when I first had it installed, but it still looks great! I highly recommend!

The sink was not level, and it took the installers...
The sink was not level, and it took the installers an extra hour to build a stable foothold. I was told it needed to be returned, but I needed the sink to be installed before my cabinets were painted.

Gorgeous Sink!
I have installed this sink in both my house and clients homes. It is happy in any decor. It is definitely functional. I love how it has a strainer, cutting board, soaking cup and the protective tray on bottom is great for preventing scratches and useful for drying dishes right in the sink. 10 stars on my book!

Great quality and finish.
I've had this sink for a few weeks now, and it really checks all the boxes. Excellent size, the accessories work excellently, and the clean white enamel + stainless steel matches well with my kitchen. Granite installer said it attached just fine, and the finish is perfectly clean.

Outstanding and heavy sink
This sink is incredibly heavy so make sure you have the supports built in to your cabinets. Everyone commented that it was the heaviest sink they have ever seen. However, it is beautiful and amazingly functional! I need a real sink to do heavy duty and it has not disappointed!

Wonderful sink - have not had it long enough to...
Wonderful sink - have not had it long enough to say how it stands the time test..... but it is beautiful to look at and functional to use. The single bowl adds plenty of room, and I love and use the accessories (cutting board, colander, and grid with utensil soak) interchangeably. I also use a grid that rolls over the sink to allow me to put clean dishes to dry. I thought I'd miss the double bowl sink I previously had -- but I don't. I have the sink in white and it is beautiful with dark soapstone countertops.

Love love love this sink! Looks great with my new quartz countertops. The only issue I have is that I was unaware that I’d need someone to build a cradle for the sink due to the weight. I still would have bought it, but I would have been able to plan installation better had I known.

Beautiful deep sink

Beautiful sink! I had similar Kohler sink for 20+ years. Just upgraded counter tops to quartz and installed the Riverby as an undermount. Love it!

Mottled Bottom
We just rebuilt our home after losing it in the CA wildfires of 2018. The sink is less than 6 months old and already the bottom of it stains easily and the enamel has dull mottled spots. The sides are fine. I use gentle cleaning methods so go figure. I have always used Kohler products and been satisfied until now. This sink appears to be prematurely aging.
