Your installer sealed the holes in the sink, but you still can see them. Not a happy camper!

The sink was not level, and it took the installers an extra hour to build a stable foothold. I was told it needed to be returned, but I needed the sink to be installed before my cabinets were painted.

This sink is incredibly heavy so make sure you have the supports built in to your cabinets. Everyone commented that it was the heaviest sink they have ever seen. However, it is beautiful and amazingly functional! I need a real sink to do heavy duty and it has not disappointed!

The sink was delivered without a hitch. The accessories were in the box. Still waiting to instal new counters and sink will be installed at the time. Looking forward to seeing it all!

Love Kohler white sinks. Wish they came with the undermount supports. This one is a perfect size for the area I had to work with.

Wonderful sink - have not had it long enough to say how it stands the time test..... but it is beautiful to look at and functional to use. The single bowl adds plenty of room, and I love and use the accessories (cutting board, colander, and grid with utensil soak) interchangeably. I also use a grid that rolls over the sink to allow me to put clean dishes to dry. I thought I'd miss the double bowl sink I previously had -- but I don't. I have the sink in white and it is beautiful with dark soapstone countertops.

Love love love this sink! Looks great with my new quartz countertops. The only issue I have is that I was unaware that I’d need someone to build a cradle for the sink due to the weight. I still would have bought it, but I would have been able to plan installation better had I known.

Beautiful sink! I had similar Kohler sink for 20+ years. Just upgraded counter tops to quartz and installed the Riverby as an undermount. Love it!

I owned another Kohler sink for 20 years and replaced it with this one while remodeling my kitchen. It should last a lifetime.

This is the sink of my dreams! I love this sink. I studied stainless steel sinks. I studied single versus double sinks. In the end, it came down to preference. I love the color, the depth, the single sink with the drain to the right, I love the finish of the sink. I haven't used it yet because my kitchen remodel isn't yet done but I am looking forward to using it, caring for it and maintaining its beautiful shine.

I did not measure the width of my cabinets as I assumed they were all a standard width. My cabinets are 22 inches wide. I measured the length, which was a 30 inch opening so I purchased a 27 inch sink. The contractor had a difficult getting the sink in because it was too wide. When he did get it in it left very little room for the soap dispenser, which I would have preferred to the right of the faucet but had to move it to the left because of interference with the dishwasher pump out hose. The rails to hold the sink up and raise it to meet the countertop interfered with the mounting of the accessories. The sink should have been an inch or two narrower.
