Nice product. The water flow for this particular design is slow though. Takes forever to fill pots.

Very easy to install

Nice looking faucet, but 3 weeks after installation, its already leaking.

Not built as well as the 30 year old Kohler faucet this replaced. Probably only last 10 years if I'm lucky. Easy to install.

After using this only about 18 months, the side-to-side movement of the spout swing arm is frozen solid. Forcing movement forced the whole faucet loose at the mounting base, and a big rubber washer at the base seems to want to leave the faucet behind as much as I do. I've taken off the flow control handle to discover heavy corrosion beneath, which is impeding the side-to-side movement of the swing arm. There is heavy green/white corrosion as copper will do. Who would have thought of using a faucet with wet hands? Someone As other reviewers have pointed out, once you remove the aerator, it never seals again. I'm going to replace this piece this jalopy today, and NOT with a KOHLER. Dearest Kohler, WAKE UP DUMMIES! Don't put corrosion-prone copper into moving parts of a faucet!

Had to replace this faucet two times one with the same brand Kohler & gave up the second time & got a delta faucet. The 2 Kohler faucet handles after about 6 months wouldn't turn to the right , washer from the spout was coming out of the bottom . The handle would only turn to the left left . Poor quality! Do not buy

Good product, fair price and easy to install.

Seems like good quality. I installed it myself, the instructions are good enough for that. I installed the sprayer on the opposite side as shown since I have another faucet on the right side. That was no problem. I noticed that when I over-tightened the filter on the nozzle, it dripped, but stopped when I backed it off a little. Only lasting issue is if the water is on full, it has a high pitch whistle. Not very concerning, but noticeable. It just reminds me I don't need the water on full anyway.

Unfortunately, I ended up buying this (Kohler Mistos faucet K-R72509-CP/California) without adequate thought because I needed a faucet immediately. But before you buy any of these Kohler products, which cost quite a bit more than some other good manufacturers, be advised: 1. If you live in California, Kohler claims the faucet is 1.8 gpm, but the flow is actually 1.5 gpm. I don't appreciate the low gpm; the claimed higher gpm is what made me buy this model over others half the price. 2. The aerator/low-flow mechanism is all plastic (and I doubt that the piece the plastic aerator screws into is replaceable). I took the aerator out and already had a very difficult time getting it back in so it didn't drip. It seems to me that this is likely to go bad after a few removals; when that happens, one hopes that the aerator is a standard thread and somehow could be replaced by one you could use a wrench on, though it would have to stick out to get the wrench on it. 3. They give you a special little thimble-like tool for removing the aerator. It is surprisingly difficult to use (don't plan on using it if you are 85 or weak or shaky or clumsy). But the worst thing is: Who wants to have to go find your special tool (which looks like a piece of a some long-gone kid's toy) every time you want to check your aerator for gunk? Not me. Where will you keep such a tool? Think about it. 4. When the plastic parts go bad (or you lose your tool), it is likely that the model will be discontinued and parts will no longer be available. That already happened to me with a Kohler faucet I bought a few years ago: I needed parts, but it was discontinued so I had to buy a whole new faucet. A faucet should last 30 years--or more--so having irreplaceable plastic parts is not a good thing. Those are the reasons I give this one star. Even if the faucet works perfectly, I don't want any aerator I can't get out with a wrench and replace at the hardware store. And I wanted the maximum legal gpm. So I'm pretty disappointed.

It is a good looking product and it functions very well. The installation was pretty straightforward. I referred back to the instructions with each step because things look different from under the sink looking up. The faucet was well designed.

The faucet was easy to install and the shiny chrome is beautiful and complements our kitchen decor. We didn't need a fancy faucet, so this one was perfect for our needs.

This is the only faucet that I would have installed in my new kitchen. The other pull down faucets by all brands were overwhelmingly PLASTIC. I have had a Mistos Kohler faucet in another house for three years, with no problems, yet. The solid metal and classic sleek lines made it a winner for me. Most of the faucets looked at had been rewrapped and returned to Home Depot. Not good!

Wish I could rate this with negative stars. First there was the micky mouse installation with the faucet on two platforms. Then it worked fine for about a month before the hot water flow became a trickle. Found bits of plastic in the supply line. The faucet tower came loose. Tightened it. Repeated this every week or so. The spritzer no longer automatically unlocked, but could unlock (un-engage) manually. That no longer works; it's always spraying if any cold water is selected. All of these problems in the past 4 months. I am being careful not to check to see if there's a Kohler office nearby since I'd be liable to launch this through a window. Used to think Kohler products were at least above average. After this $150 train wreck I will be avoiding Kohler products.

Faucet was easy to install, looks good and works great. Handle operation very smoothly and with ease.

Excellent product, simple to install!

We are very pleased with this faucet. It looks good. It operates very well, easy to adjust water flow and temperature. The height of the opening of the faucet is higher than the one we had before, a plus for rinsing out bottles and jars for recycling. One of the comments I read before buying this model was along the lines of how hard the water came out. No problem with this unit. If you want to splash water out on the floor you can do that with ease. Personally I don't care to. I highly recommend this unit.
