CleanCoat is a factory installed surface treatment that keeps glass shower doors looking clean. A treated glass shower door repels water and dirt, letting it run off in droplets instead of calcifying in place on the surface. We suggest using a shower squeegee to clean the glass doors after showering to help prevent water spots. To avoid soap deposits or lime buildup in hard water areas, wipe the door dry after each use. Hi Doug, my name is Keisha with Kohler Co. I am sorry to hear your Levity shower door is not containing the water inside the shower. This is not how the shower door is intended and we would like to help! Depending on the location of the leaking, these would be our recommendations. If the leaking is happening between the shower doors, the door size should be checked. If the door is too small for the opening of your shower, it would create a smaller overlap. When using the shower, the showerhead should be pointed away from the glass panel. The inside panel should be closest to the showerhead when running. If the leaking is occurring under the door panels, we suggest lowering the panels to reduce the gap between the panel and shower ledge. If the leaking is occurring under the threshold we suggest checking the shower ledge to see if there are curved corners between the wall and bottom ledge. If so, the wall jambs should be trimmed and filed to match the curvature on the shower ledge. Lastly, the threshold should be sealed with 100% silicone. We suggest removing the silicone and reapplying it along the front surface of the threshold and along where the wall jamb and shower ledge meet.
