Sink is beautiful and well made and exceeded our expectations once we saw the finished install. I was worried the undermount kit included would be sturdy enough to support the 130lb weight of the sink, but it did. However, I had custom build wood cabinets. If your cabinets are not solid wood or made of cheap particle board, you may need to construct a frame for extra support. Also, measure your cabinets carefully to make sure you have the proper space for this sink. If you are having a custom stone countertops cut for this sink, I highly suggest you install the sink first before they measure for the countertops because there isn't much room for error to move this beast once it's in place.

Our sink has been installed for 4 years. We do cook a lot and therefore wash a lot of dishes.
The finish on this sink is very poor. It looks like it is worn and wearing off the bottom of this WHITE enamel sink. My sink is scratched, discolored and chipped in different places. This sink has a ONE YEAR WARRANTY. I would think, a product that services many years in a home would have a longer warranty. I clean houses for a living and deal with lots of kitchen sinks, some of which are white enamel. ALL looks 90% better than mine, even the one that is likely 50 years

Kohler Co. warrants the enameled cast iron component of kitchen, entertainment or utility sinks manufactured after April 29, 2008 to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her home. Kohler Co. further warrants that the enameled cast iron component of the product will not chip, crack or burn for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her home. Terrible! Sink had pin-size holes in the enamel...wasn't noticed until sink was installed! Huge cost to uninstall and reinstall the sink. Very dissapointed this item passed inspection and was shipped to me.

This sink looks beautiful and I love the deep basins. The only problem I had was one of the drains had hardened substance from the manufacturer that we had to grind off because it wouldn't seal and kept leaking. Once we finally got that substance grinded off it was perfect. If I didn't encounter that problem I would have given a 5 star !!

This is a fantastic sink. It is wide and deep. And it has a very glossy finish. It should provide excellent service for years to come. The only drawback (this may turn out to be a plus) is that being made of cast iron, it is very heavy.
