The pull bar that moves the sink drain plug did not work with the drain connection under the sink.

Beautiful faucet and top quality but I actually want another color to matches all my faucet but the color I want no longer available.Anyway It work great.

Heavy duty, you can feel the quality, no plastic surface like cheaper faucets. So pleased with its construction and design. Bathroom faucets get a lot of daily use, and I can tell this one will stand the test of time. Gorgeous addition to our bathroom.

Looks great, feels great to use. I installed a similar Kohler faucet in my kitchen and I'm very happy with it so I thought the lavatory sink deserved a Kohler too.

Faucets were replacing the same model the previous owners don't thing ever cleaned.

I ordered 2 of the Kohler Fairfax faucets in polished chrome for our master bath renovation. I wasn't able to find one on display any where in our area so I took a chance and ordered it online. I was a little skeptical of the quality considering how inexpensive they were, especially for Kohler. When they arrived I was quite surprised how good they looked in person. This is a beautiful, expensive looking faucet. I love the little white hot/cold piece on the top of the handle. And it would look great in both modern or traditional bathroom design. I ended up returning them only because I wanted something a little more up-scale for the master bath, and chose the higher priced Artifacts by Kohler which has a similar looking spout but with individual cross handles. If I were re-doing a hall bath or powder room (or lower budget renovation) this would definitely be a top contender.

Had plumber install. Works well and is exactly what we wanted.

After several years of use the end of the spout began to corrode. I contacted Kohler, sent pictures of the corrosion and their response was that water was causing the corrosion. I informed them that the city water in Los Angeles was not corrosive. They then offered to sell me the faucet shell at a discount and I declined.

A REAL CLASSIC LOOK AND A QUALITY PRODUCT. MY HANDIMAN HAD NO PROBLEM PUTTING IT IN AND I AM THRILLED WITH IT. I HAD A DOUBLE FAUCET FOR MANY YEARS AND WITH AGE IT STARTED TO SLIP AND DRIP!!! SUPERIOR PRODUCT.

Like the look and ease of use. Only been installed for a couple of weeks so time will tell on the durability of this faucet. Brushed nickel looks handsome. Water pressure seems good. Give it a good plus plus rating but can't rate as excellent until 6 months of use.

We had a challenging problem of a narrow sink top that prevented installation of a two hole unit. The single hole unit allowed us to mount the faucet to the left of center and retain full function. It also gave the sink a really classy look.

Beautiful faucet. Easy to use, smooth handle. I bought it for it's style and the single handle to be installed in my new granite (single hole) counter top.

Home Depot made the order easy and it arrived when predicted. The product looks great, works smoothly and was easy to install. Kohler usually includes any accessories that you might need.

Purchased two as part of an upgrade of two bathrooms. Installation was done by a plumber in conjunction with the installation of granite vanity tops. Faucets are quality and very attractive.

The faucet functions smoothly and is solid and apparently well manufactured. The design is period specific. I like the "hot" - "cold" directional arrows on the top of the handle, reducing confusion, which is sometimes a problem in one-handle faucets. The height and arc are perfect - not too short, not too tall. Some of the design features tend to accumulate grime and require more attention when cleaning but overall, this is a great faucet.

This product looks great, is easy to use and easy to clean.

As seems to be the case with all single handle, one-hole faucets, the stopper handle has no room on a granite counter top. It requires some imaginative rebending to make it work. Also the attached supply lines are short and can twist easily when attaching. If you have water pressure problems check for twisted lines. Given all this, it is a beautiful faucet that works well.

This is the third house we have put these faucets in - have never had a problem - look great after years of service.

I am very pleased with this product, It is what I expect from the Kohler brand.

Easy instalation and beautiful finish. Best of all it has the kohler name back-up.

This faucet comes with long hoses with the idea that you can connect it directly to the values without using a connection hose. Great idea however they were not long enough to reach my values. The standard connectors will not work to extend them so I had to find couplers that work with compression fittings and the build small extensions. We love the faucets.

This was a replacement faucet to replace an idential one that started leaking under the unit in a location that could not be repaired. The only reason I got this was to match the other three that were already installed.
