The diverter from 9 years ago was leaking when we turned on the shower. We purchased and returned the Devonshire slip for diverter because we needed the threaded type. They are slightly different than the one we bought 9 years ago, but the second one worked out.

We had this installed with our remodel and now the diverter has broken. It was always difficult to get the full stream of water diverted to the shower. The plastic piece inside fell out and I can't figure out how to fix it. I am disappointed that I have to deal with this problem, especially since our contractor has retired.

It looks nice and was easy to install. However the diverter leaver seams to get stuck up or down...
It looks nice and was easy to install. However the diverter leaver seams to get stuck up or down. If I hold it up while turning the water on, it works pretty well, but if I have the water running and then pull up the leaver, I only get half the water going up. Then it gets stuck, and I have to play with it to release it. I've told my family members to pull it up as they turn on the water, but they forget or something, and have trouble. I haven't decided if I'm keeping it or not.
