Customer beware!
After taking back 2 of the sinks, we finally got two that were acceptable. Very poor quality control regarding the product. First off; I found that big box stores get their Kohler sinks from overseas, not here in the USA. They do not inspect the sinks properly. As a contractor; I cannot be taking my purchases back and forth to return. It costs me money and the customer as well. The sinks are taken out of the molds too quickly thereby having the ceramic sag in various places causing the sinks to not lay flat. They are warped; plain and simple and unusable!
