[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have over 20 of these clamps long and short. They function well all the time. Some I have had for over 20 years some are new. You cannot tell the difference in use. They are strong and long lasting.

I found no issues with it at all and I would greatly recommend to anyone looking for steel clamps for their projects!

At 600 lb. of clamping pressure, the Jorgensen Style 3700 18 in. Steel Bar Clamp is ideal for the heaver projects I do and is accurate enough to be used for my lighter projects. The deep throat, and tight action of the screw along with the very flexible swivel work perfectly on my delicate wooden model train cars. The plated steel of the bar makes the Jorgensen Style Steel Bar Clamp the ideal tool to use in my unheated garage as I do not have to worry about corrosion.

I do frequent glue ups that require many of these type clamps so cost is definitely a factor. These clamps hold up well and are durable. They aren't as easy to use as the zip style and you do need both hands to position but if you were to use the others for larger glue-ups you'd pay a mint for them. These work great and are a bargain.

I thought it was just me but I've watched videos over and over again and it's just effective I assume. People say they're great. Mine's not. I've never been able to use it.

I still have wood screw handle F style clamps from Jorgensen I bought 7 years ago and these are just as good if not even better because of the screw handle being more comfortable. Between the F style clamps and quick grip style clamps I own that are Jorgensen I've always been nothing other than satisfied. I'm adding more to my inventory of clamps (woodworkers can never have enough clamps) and I'd be foolish not too. The quality is above the price point and there's no dealing with slippage and clamps releasing pressure on a glue up like the blue brand does after having them for so long.

The clamps are nicely made, only issue is the rubber ends to protect the wood aren’t really rubber, they’re more plastic and rigid and they don’t fit well, I bought 4 of these two weeks ago and I’ve lost at least one of the “rubber” protectors on every one of the clamps while using them.. overall 3.5 out of 5 since that’s such an important feature. I wanted the sliding handheld clamps but I’m hesitant to purchase for this very reason.

Okay, I have used Bessey Clamps for years and years and have enjoyed using them. I ordered a few of these and was beyond impressed. With the Bessey clamps that are the same style/type, the slick wood handles prevent me from taking advantage of the strength the clamps have to offer. Not so with the Jorgenson's! I just ordered and unboxed 16 of these bad boys recently. Thank you Pony Jorgenson, for making a superior product that makes torquing the clamps so much easier on this old guy's wrists and hands. I'll never look back!

These clamps are my go to clamp. They have stayed a simple, straightforward design for years. They work fantastic for their intended use and I have stretched their limits with success.

Purchased 20 of these clamps 6”, 12” and 24”. They are replacing similar Clamps from an other company. The best feature of these clamps are the handles which lets you tighten the clamps to the appropriate tightness while the handles on the other brand are painted wood which tend to be slippery especially if you are sweaty.

I have been purchasing Jorgensen pipe clamps since 1988. Recently i purchased a few more sets for an expanded project. The new clamps are still the same quality as my original purchase.

Bought 4 each of 36", 24" & 12" at a " Mom & Pop" hardware store in the 1980's and I still never hesitate to grab one on any woodworking project I'm doing.

I've been a Jorgensen steel bar clamp owner for nearly 20 years and never once been disappointed by their performance. I have 6, 12 and 18 inch light and medium duty clamps. You can never have too many clamps, so I gladly have 40 in my possession. And yes, there are projects in which I use all of them at the same time! It's amazing how much pressure you can get from a simple handle being twisted. They work great under all the pressure you will need for nearly all your clamping needs. My older clamps did not come with the cushioned rubber ends. They were a great improvement to an otherwise wonderful product. I don't think you'll ever be disappointed with using them.

In my earlier days of woodworking I always looked for the cheapest tool then often regretted it. My Pony bar clamps have outlasted other top brands, always working as well as they did news. And they are the clamps I reach for from my tool rack. They are well work a little more up-front cost.

Good versatile clamps that have quite a good gripping capacity for light duty work.

I have about a dozen of these clamps in several lengths. They are simply the best clamp available. They are so much better then the pipe clamps they replaced.

I have quite a few Jorgensen clamps in my shop and I have never been disappointed with their quality or their value in my furniture-making business!
