Disappointed
So it took us longer than expected, a whole year, before we were able to install this window. Seemed smart to leave it wrapped up until we did. No sense taking the chance it ended up broken. Opened it up this past weekend for the install and the screen was missing. Annoyed to say the least. While it does not affect the general function or a window, can't leave it open because of bugs and risk or injury from a fall; its 4 stories up in an attic to living space remodel. The company should still be held accountable in the review for this oversight. Now we have to figure out the right size and get a screen. Inconvenient to say the least.

The V-4500 series used to be sold in stores. I had to order this one as they no longer are. Not...
The V-4500 series used to be sold in stores. I had to order this one as they no longer are. Not that big of a deal. I am not sure if they are just rushing the work on the windows now, but there will adhesive coming out of at least 5 different places in the window. The slide lock also did not line up and I had to adjust that piece. I have bought 6 other of these windows and never had issues like this. I a glad it was the last one from for the house. I spent more on these windows then say the 2500 series as they had been better quality, but not this window.
