Perfect Fit
Was very nervous and measured the old window what seems like 10,000 times. Ordered this online. Arrived a full week ahead of schedule which was awesome. The window looks great and has bigger glass area than the one I replaced which allows more light in. Crossing fingers that this lasts and I don’t have to do this again.

Had to send the first one back. When the person who packed it for shipment, they put the stretch ...
Had to send the first one back. When the person who packed it for shipment, they put the stretch wrap too tight and broke the flange.
I called Home Depot customer service. They ordered me a new one. I brought the broken one to my local store. I received the new one. It was easy to install and looks great.

Just what we wanted. Excellent quality! Warning to make sure you order right window for new construction or one for remodel. Our guy had to build a frame in order to install, not horrible, but another thing to deal with! Window itself was great.

Good value window
The window was delivered promptly, about a week earlier than I expected, and packed very well. We were headed out for vacation so I installed it finally today. I am an experienced do-it-yourselfer but no longer very agile. This had to be installed as a replacement in a stairwell leading to second story so I spent some time on ladder. The window is solid, and lighter than I thought. It is a great fit, straight forward installation,and I'll trim it out in a day or so. I consider this one of my better home improvement purchases. The most important thing is that my wife approves.

Porthole Window
I ordered this window to replace one that opened. The prior one had shown signs of mildew, indicating there was moisture collecting around the window. We had an individual well versed in construction remove the old window and install the new one. With that replacement we learned that the original window was not installed correctly. We are very happy with our new window.
