Sloppy craftsmanship. The windows had sealant all over them which I needed to clean off. One window was missing a piece of weather stripping. Another had a rip in the screen. You pay a premium for these windows and the quality just isn't there. I bought them because they had the size I needed without doing a special order.

I bought 2 ,one of them has a crack at the bottom noticed after it was in...very hard to open and close ,screens are very Difficult to get out .. The seams are very messy looking

Wanted 4 double hung windows for my greenhouse addition glad these came with good instructions that even a diy person like myself could follow! they fit beautifully and were easy to install and they look great and work great. I'm really pleased

Windows migjt be a good profuct but Customer Service is greatly lacking. No one wants to take responsibility. Had one of four windows delivered damaged and was told that a repacemebt could not be orderd until the damaged one was picked back up.

They are supposed to be able to be used as new installation or replacement. They are definitely only new installation. There is no way to screw the window in without drilling where the window track is and you have to cut the nail frame off which makes it a shabby install.. Also there is no head expander or sill angle plate included. I will be sending them back.

Only just installed, but I like that it's a crank-open awning window with no obstruction to the view out. My contractor said it is a good window. I believe him.

After waiting for two months we finally picked up the window. It looked like it had been sitting in an outdoor warehouse for a year. We installed it and found that the top part of the double hung window will not open. It is not pinched. The lower part opens, but doesn’t slide easily. We replaced all the other windows in our house with American standard, but went with Jeld-Wen for this one because of the size. I wish I could return it, but since we waited two months already, and the old window is gone, I can’t go through the winter months with a whole in my house. Very disappointed.

I cut off the nailing flanges on the sides with my recip saw because they interferes with the rough opening. Otherwise these are very nice windows and easy to install

The window came exactly as ordered, it fit the bill perfectly. It was super easy to install.

The shipment got lost and I had to cancel it. I ended up purchasing a window from a different store.

Impossible to fair review product quality that arrived after 6 months & with no screens even if it is the best quality globally impossible to separate between its quality & very bad customer service of THD & Jeld Wen making my life Miserable losing 4 months rental of $10K

Waited very long time for it to ship to store pick up,anyhow the size of the window was a bit.off, don't know the order was not placed correctly or size of window was off, it should of been 40 x 30 we had.to make.adjustment to window frame,its a very good quality made vinyl window,

Didn’t get the screen that comes with it

just what i needed for my shed. the store did not sell inexpensive double hung so i had to order it. It did take 6 weeks to get here. the one problem with the window is taking out the screen. very tricky.

Great windows easy to mull together with kit and install. Just remember to buy the mull kit early because they took awhile to come in
