Each of the hinge screws were stripped in the door. I have ordered several of these doors in the past, this was the first time that all the hinges were stripped. In many of the doors, the corners of the jam molding have had gaps. All fixable things, but I would rather not have to fix them.

Sturdy, opens and closes smoothly
I hired someone from Angie's List to install this door so the ease of installation is assumed, not actually experienced. Door looks good, solid. Purchased for ladies restroom door in a bar so it will get lots of wear and tear. Looks like it will last a long time, be durable.

Do Not Buy!!!!!
Special Ordered 6 of these doors. They came in early than expected. The order took 4 weeks instead of 6. We are in the middle of renovating a house and wanted a clean look without too many panels on the door. We had them professionally installed. 4 of the 6 doors were poorly constructed. Many of the hinges had stripped screws. The installer had to rehang them even though they were supposed to pre hung. The installer had adjust the door handles in order for the doors to shut. We are using a installer who works with custom homes and he was surprised in how poor these doors were made.

exactly what I expected. no problems. excellent shipping package.
I would recomend this product and purchasing process. It did take a little longer to arrive than expected. 2 weeks. We planned ahead and did not remove the old door until this one arrived. No problem. Received emails informing us on order stays and tracking info on shipping movement.
This is ready to paint and will be the last step in a total room rehab. I down 5 more to go. I will be buying 7 more of these in the coming months from Home Depot and doing it online.

Like the Solid Door
The best thing about the door - it is solid. The fit and finish is average. They will look a lot better once I get them painted. By using door installation clips available from Home Depot and a standing door vice, I was able to install them without a helper. Getting the door on sale made the value acceptable for me. Jeld-Wen needs to improve on the shipping process. Three of the six doors had the shipping locks sheered in half. I used the shipping locks from the other doors (once installed) to realign the frame with the door. One of the doors had a damaged frame header. Home Depot offered to reorder the door, but I was able to repair it for use.

i have nt install the door at this time,
It was the wright door but the wrong side I order an right hand door that was to swing open, I recived an right hand that swing inwards. but I took it any way.

Damanaged beyond repair
Order two doors and both arrived damaged beyond repair and were never installed. Received credit but will never order online doors again.
