Beautiful but loud!
So, after much research my husband and I went with this door. It is beautiful. Then the weather turned colder and the door started clicking and cracking every time the sun hit it. We waited to see if it would settle. Didn't happen. Husband called Jeldwen and they instantly knew what the "problem" was but said it isn't a defect and there is nothing they can/will do. Unreal! Door cost over $1,000 and I guess we will be living with an attractive but LOUD door. Shame on you Jeldwen.

Door was warped in 5 months
The trim around the glass warped and lifted off the door within 4 months. Poor quality. It’s beautiful but not worth the money. Jeld Wen provided no help in solving this problem.

While the door is sturdy, strong, and well made. The door came with the glass installed upside down inside the door. I really don’t want to deal with sending it back at this point because of the hassle. But definitely a bit disappointed with the long awaited delivery.

We added a covered patio to the back of our house and that took a lot of the natural light. We added this door and if made a huge difference. We no longer need the lights on when the sun is up. And, unless you are standing right at the door, you can not see in. It provides a lot of privacy. I was a great purchase.
