The packaging for this window was really great. I was worried about shipping damage, but they had the window in a box inside a wood box. It did take quite a while to be shipped, but probably due to covid. Window was easy to install, really happy with is so far. This will be the window's first winter, so we shall see how it goes. Overall pretty pleased.

Exactly what I ordered. Easy to install. Wish the 39.5 x 59.5 would come back in stock.

Works great, looks great. I'm a DIY guy and found the online instructions to be very helpful in installing them. I bought 5 of these windows to replace old aluminum ones. The removal and prep were the most work. The Jeld-Wen were ordered as replacement windows but, came with nail fins. I was instructed by the maker that the fins could be cut away for installation as replacements. However I decided to remove the outer siding and install them as new windows, which worked better for my application. Just one problem, one screen came damaged. Along one edge of the frame the screen has been cut by the process to roll in the rubber bead to hold the screen. I would buy again.

I love the Jeld-wen products. I have replaced windows and doors and have been completely satisfied each time with both the quality and the price.

Not sure who or how this window was inspected. The window does not lock, sashes didn't close due to too much excess vinyl.....Overall not what someone would expect when ordering a window from a company with expectations as Jeld-Wen. I hope they will reach out to us for a fulll refund and to return this window. We can not use it or install it.

This was the closest I could find to a 48 w x 74 t window for a 1900 built house. Had to reframe the windows but they worked great.

Jeld-Wen makes great products this window is definitely top quality, looks great installed and I would definitely recommend Jeld-Wen windows.

Poor quality compared to the Certainteed brand window it replaced. Hardware frame, finish on seams and string operated balance system all of lesser quality. Will be looking for a more suitable replacement. $300 lesson to not buy windows online.

Yeah, I just bought 2 windows, 2 times-separate orders. I used them on my older home (built in the 1930s) as replacement windows. I don't have a lot of experience installing windows so for the first set I tried to follow the installation guide; they are some of the worst instructions I've ever seen. Putting my granddaughter's doll house together on Christmas Eve was easier. That took until daybreak and I barely made it; she was running down the stairs as I put the last roof puzzle piece on. The problem is that Jen Weld has one set of instructions that cover every window and style they make. They just tell you to jump back and forth skipping or adding steps as you go along, according to the model number you bought. Even if you go online to try for specific manuals, they are the same exact instructions that are shipped. In addition, the guide tells you to use parts that are not included with the product, so you spend a bunch of time trying to figure out if the parts are supposed to be provided with the model you bought, or if you can just skip ahead and forget those parts. I asked the Home Depot guy if he had any of those parts for sale and he said no. I just jury-rigged solutions from my shop to get by-like I always do. The first installation of 2 windows took 2 days! If I was doing this on a job site, I would have to fire myself (I'm self employed.) The second ones I just threw the instructions out. Only took a few hours. The windows are kinda cheap for the price too. Also, I see they just raised the price yesterday by $15 per window! You would think that charging so much, they could make separate instructions for each product-at least on their website. One more thing; the screens on the second set don't match so the windows look different from the street. Not a big deal on an old house, but I'm done buying these. I need 14 more windows-hope I can find my sizes.

nice windows they don't go up and down as easily as I would like but hey they are 6foot by 4 foot .Big ol' windows.

window appearance is not suitable for inside home, maybe \OK for garage or shed use.

Window is of very poor quality and is difficult to close after install.

I installed a number of side by side windows of the same dimensions and the size inconsistency of these new windows stood out. I expected their quality control to be better.
