If I could give this negative stars I would It did not come with a screen , as advertised. The plastic trim was not cut square. There were pvc shavings all over it ; they could have at least cleaned the window after putting it together. I’ll never buy a jeldwin window again. Garbage!

Trying to order the correct swing was quite confusing and...
Trying to order the correct swing was quite confusing and ended up being the opposite of what I was expecting, but as a general contractor in the business for 30 years right-hand and left-hand is always different depending on who you're talking to and an age-old problem. In this case it didn't really matter much so it's just fine

Window was packed well. One of the metal hinges arrived slightly bent but was able to bend back. Window looks and performs great. Provides great sound isolation which was important in my situation.

High quality and easy to install. The only negative...
High quality and easy to install. The only negative is that it is not a flexible install, i.e. I wanted the window to be recessed, but the nailing fins do not allow that.
