The quality of the door is great. But the the hardware leaves a 7/8 gap between the door trim and the door

We waited almost 2 months to get these doors from ordering, through production and then multiple delivery delays. I spent at least 8 hours either on the phone with customer service, or on the online chat - both with Home Depot corporate and our local store. Jeldwen mixed up the SKUs and manufactured the wrong door - giving us a very plain box frame instead of this one we ordered with vertical lines and an arch top. They've just told us we have to place an entirely new order, with an additional 6 week timeframe, and I'm so disappointed at the prospect of starting from scratch on ordering these doors. They also said there's no guarantee the manufacturer won't mix up the SKUs again and we'll be facing this same headache in another 2 months.

Love these doors. I chose these because I didn't want the typical six panel door. Now I see them all the time on HGTV, I guess that means I have good taste! HomeDepot doesn't carry them in stock, but there isn't any shipping cost if you have them shipped to the store.

Love my new doors.. what a difference !! Heavier weight and blocks household noise nicely!!! Can’t wait to change my closet doors to these

Excellent quality doors. Went well.

I like the door, however, the person who sold it to me did not know the proper left or right hand way that the door opens, so I bought a door that opened the wrong way.

Great well built door, very heavy. All of the plastic clips that keep the door together with the frame for shipping were broken making it very difficult to carry. Paint finish is a dull white not Ultra white so had to repaint it.

I was highly disappointed in the door. It says white painted. It was not. It was a yellowish color. Not white and seemed to be only primered and arrived with a couple groves in it.

I ordered and received 4 doors, all of them were scuffed and damaged. I am very unhappy with the amount of work I need to put into cosmetically repairing them. No I would not recommend these and will not make the mistake of ordering something like this again.

I had to order these online since HD does not carry solid core on their floor. All four of the doors I received had boxes that were barely intact, ALL of them had multiple cosmetic damage areas. I don't know if this was a downfall by Jeld Wen or Home Depot, but it will definitely affect any future orders I make, most likely will not be placing additional orders after receiving these heavily damaged doors. Actually the door slabs were good but the Jambs were in horrible condition.

the door is great but unfortunately the gentleman that helped us ordered the hinges on the wrong side and since it was special order there are no returns

I bought seven of these doors and they are all very nice, very good looking, extremely solid doors. I couldn't be happier with the quality and appearance and value. A comparable door could easily cost double the home depot price. The only problem is they are poorly packaged and can get damaged handling. They are very heavy so get some help carrying them around. Unless you are very strong you will booger them up trying to move them around before they are hung. Once hung, they are beautiful and solid. Great door for the value!

I am building an apartment above my garage and I bought 7 of these doors on sale on the Home Depot website. I got them for a song. Based on the low price I wasn't expecting much. To my happy surprise these doors are sweet! Very solid doors, nicely finished, good looking, good quality. I could not be happier. However, they are poorly packaged and they are heavy as all get-out. So handle them carefully and get some help. Once you get them hung they are solid.

This is a very nice door, especially for the money. I consider it a bargain; however, it is packaged very poorly. Be careful handling it prior to installation. It is HEAVY so get a helper. Otherwise, I highly recommend the door.

Good quality door. No defects, no problems installing. Ordered the Quick Door Hanger Single Bag of installation clips. I highly recommend these as, for $5, it makes installing the door so much easier. Wife is very pleased with her new laundry room door.
