The windows were very easy to install, and the quality of the windows was more than I expected.

Absolutely no packaging around the window! Ordered the window to store, it arrived quicker than expected, A+. Picked it up and there was zero packaging around it to protect it! The nailing flange was bent in a corner, rounded in another from being dragged.Overall the window was in good shape though!

We have put in a few of these windows. The windows are very nice, they open and slide good, very attractive. We did have an issue with one window, where the latch was off center from where it locks but it was easy to move and it’s good. I would recommend.

On-Line description stinks. Are the windows double pane? Is triple pane available? . Are they argon filled? ie - What the are they?

No packaging at all so all the frames are scratched and leave the windows are very dirty.

it came in good condition. The instruction booklet was decent. I did have small amount of trouble trying to figure out some of the steps.

Appears to be excellent quality window, arrived sooner than initially quoted. Complete installation instructions, and it was fairly easy to do.

the window was special order and arrived about 3 weeks after when they shipped it it wasnt latched and the window sliding back and forth in the box resulted in a broken latch on a good note home depot made it right and replaced the latch

I did have the window shipped to my home. It was well crated for transit, but I discovered two problems that I do not believe were the result of shipping damage. A top inside corner of the window's frame was cracked, but the crack while able to be pulled open did not extend to the exterior side of the frame. I chose to not return the window, and secured the crack with super glue. I thought it was not problematic enough to go through the return shipment and was eager to get the window installed. The other problem was with the window's screen. It was missing one of the spring clips that hold it secure in the frame, and the screen fabric was loose along one side of the frame. I reported this to Customer Service. A Jeld-Wen rep contacted me, and a replacement screen was shipped and arrived promptly. I believe the damage to both the window and the screen occurred prior to packing/shipping and was simply overlooked in Home Depot's quality control process. Even though I chose to not return the item, I do believe a product at this price point should have been more closely inspected before crating and shipping.

Delivered in good shape and on time. Easily installed.

I purchased the window for my kitchen, the first one wasn't pack very well and had to be reorder it's a long wait!! But I love the look it gives my kitchen view.
