The door panels and matching trim was packaged very well on a skid with padding and had no damage what so ever. The skid and packaging looked like it was done by someone who knew what they were doing. I thought the door hardware was a little below excellent quality but it functions well and was installed on the door panels correctly. The installation instructions were easy to follow. All in all I was very pleased with the entire product.

One of the doors is warped from top to bottom. I’m hoping it installs and rides on the tracks ok. I’d like to report the final result, but I won’t be ready to install them for a month. And I know I won’t think of coming back here to submit a review then.

For the cost I was expecting a little better quality. A very thin veneer over particle board which had small blemishes and small dings on each door. The top track also has a micro thin veneer that can easily be torn off. The seam in the center of the two door (if you get a three door) is not a very nice view. It's a very easy door to hang in fact one of the best but for the price the finish product is not worth the cost.

Install went well. The choice of a smooth or ripple header track is a nice touch. Wheels have a slight squeak. Hope that goes away with use. Like that they are solid and not hollow core.

Dear Customer, Door hinges and rollers should be sprayed every 6 months. For best results use a Silicon or Teflon based lubricant. Use spray very sparingly, a very little goes a long way. You will be surprised at how well the doors will operate with a little lubricant. Thanks for your Valuable time.

Nice solid heavy doors. Has a top and bottom floor trac so the bottoms don’t swing. Comes unfinished so you can paint or stain. Top trac cover has a chrome or wood veneer for your choice. Probably intimidating for novice homeowners. Recommend get them installed by professional craftsman.

When brought to the service desk at HD, one of the doors was damaged in the middle of the bottom edge. I was in a hurry to install, so I accepted it and will repair it. NOTE: This could only happen when the door was taken off of the pallet at HD. A little more care would be appreciated.

Great quality. Easy installation. Accepts stain and poly very well. Note - it was shipped in a vertical position. I found out the reason for that: if it isn't vertical or horizontal on a flat surface it begins to warp. Due to a planned delay for installation I was able to place it flat on a horizontal surface for an extended period which removed the warping that had begun because I did not keep it vertical.

Great Purchase for Closet Entry Size
Overall good product. Doors had marks due to packaging/shipping so did touch up painting and put on inside track to hide any of the flaws. Wheels make noise when sliding doors due to them not completely smooth.

More than we wanted to pay but better quality than we expected
The hardware wasn't much to speak of and the instructions were extremely minimal but the doors were much more sturdy (solid core versus the thin fiberboard that we had previously) than we thought they would be. Also VERY heavy. We had to uncrate them in the yard and take the doors upstairs one at a time. They were pretty easy to install with the right tools and someone familiar with installing this type of door. Had to trim the tracks but this was the only way to get doorsat the height that we needed. Took a long time to get them delivered which was our main issue. Overall they are good quality for what you have to pay for them.

Easy Install if you can figure things out for yourself
The doors were solid and installation was easy if you are good at figuring out mechanical things for yourself. The instructions were minimal. The doors have a lot of adjustment built into the hardware which makes them fairly simple to install. They are heavy but slide fairly easily. I am 66 yrs old and had to have my wife help me with lifting the doors into the mounting slots.

Only bought it for the size
I had to buy these doors because there were no other doors on the market for the size I needed. Aesthetically the doors are not that great for the price. The MDF panels are ok but the gap between them is too big, they are also shaking when touched. Most of all I did not like the two holes capped with metal rings where the door pulls supposed to be. I expected the doors without the handles and was planning to purchase nice edge pulls. Now I have these ugly "holes" which I cannot fix. What is it - predrilled holes? There were no other handles in the package. If the doors were to come with handles the factory should have mentioned it in the specs. Disappointed.

      Need a trifold slider
I Need a trifold door with same quality and value. Have opening with W/D and pantry all in one, current multiple bifold door set up is awful. Constant repair.

      Cheap materials but classic design
We are building a mid-century replica and wanted something simple for the "reach-in" closets. This fit the bill. The trim guys installed in no time and they look pretty good. Even though the doors are listed as "primed" they look good and we'll probably just keep them white. I can imagine the MDF doors will be quite chipped in our son's room after a year or two.

Thank you for your purchase and wonderful review. You mentioned a concern about the door chipping and I wanted to assure you that these doors are not melamine but MDF which does not chip. Their durability is one of the main reasons why our doors are the number one choice by Manhattan building developers.

Good quality, but the gap between two doors is way too large, delivery is about 1 week late, with no notices. JUST LATE
The delivery was one week late of the last day of the delivery time frame. I had to call to make sure that it was still being delivered, and turned out that it was held up in your storage somewhere. other than that, quality is not bad.

      For the price, very disappointing
We ordered two sets of these closet doors. With shipping the total came to more than $500, so we were expecting quality. However, the doors came mismatched - one set had white hardware, the other had chrome. Also one set was damaged badly on the corners and side. Both had styrofoam spacers glued to them and the glue would not come off. If we did not live in a town of 4,000 on the Oregon Coast I would have returned them. Instead we had to spray paint the hardware so the sets would match and the removal and repair of the glue was problematic.

Dear Valued Home Depot Customer, We reached out to the MFG for more information and find their response below. “We apologize for the issues with your order, especially sending two different color hardware sets. If you call, (631) 414-7725, we can send out a new matching set. As for the styrofoam spacers, they are applied with a very weak glue to hold in place and typically pop right off. In addition they are only on the inside of the door. Lastly is the damaged corner, we are currently changing our packaging because the shippers are not handling as gently as they should with 80+lb doors. This does not help your order but it is your feedback and others that alerted us to this issue. In the future should you have any issues we can take care of them. Even living in a small town we could have resent a portion or all of the order to make sure of your satisfaction.”

      Good Door
Door is very heavy, which is good to see given that most internal doors seem to be light and/or hollow these days. This door is not adjustable length wise; only height is adjustable. I had to use a hack saw to cut the top and bottom tracks to size.

      Good doors, heavy
These were among the only doors I could find to fit an 8'X12' opening. They are heavy and well-made with real MDF, not fiberboard - flat and square. The hardware is heavy-duty and up to the task of supporting the doors. Installation requires some basic skills - laying the ceiling and floor track plumb is critical as the length and weight of the doors will not tolerate out-of-plumb installation.
