Great tub

Returned twice for the same manufacturing defect. Basin sides translucent, weak, not enough fiberglass laid or improper methods being used. Check your tub before you take it home and save yourself a ton of time, money, and effort in prepping a tub surround and plumbing for a tub that just must have permanent defects in the manufacturing process. Two tubs identical, both with identical manufacturing issues... See the photos Tubs are not supposed to be translucent (glazing only thing holding tub basin together in multiple locations).

Great size, my wife loved soaking in it, my daughter can stretch out in and my son is so tall he makes it look small haha haha. I love it. Will recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely an amazing tub. It far exceeded my expectations. Not too easy to find a tub this size without jets.

This tub is great! I am doing a bathroom remodel and wanted a larger tub without jets. I would purchase again.

The picture on Home Depot’s listing shows the drain is centered from left to right. I found out after the contractor installed the tub that the drain is 13" from the left and 7" from the right walls of the tub. I called HydroSystem and their tech emailed me back to say it’s supposed to be that way and if I saw the spec sheet I would know it. I never imagined the soaker tub/shower drain would be off-center, but I reviewed the specs on the listing and found that it does say the “drain is off-center”. It doesn’t say by how much. Then it says to follow a link on the internet to find the specs, which I could not find. After several emails to the technician asking him why a drain would be off-center, he kept responding by saying, “that’s the way it’s designed”. The seller should’ve had a drawing of the tub included with the listing showing all the dimensions including the measurements of the position of the drains! If I hadn’t caught it in time, the showerhead would have been off-center and when in use it would be splashing water on the floor! Thankfully the contractor used flexible pipe when he installed the tub so before the tile was laid my husband was able to move the showerhead pipe over a few inches to be centered to the tub! Now only the drain and overflow drain and spout are off-center. I would call this particular listing misleading since it was a listing for a bathtub and shower combo and the picture only shows the tub with a centered drain and overflow drain. I’m very unhappy with Home Depot and this product because of all I had to go through to resolve the problem.

This tub arrived packed from the manufacturer. It has a beautiful finish, but it will scratch easily; be sure to cover when doing remodel work around it. I've taken several nice soaking baths, but there is one thing that I dislike...the back edge of the tub that mounts to the wall has a VERY narrow ledge. Once all the tile is installed, it's less than 2" wide. I feel like I'm crushed up against the back wall AND it is impossible to set anything in the back corners (soap tray, candles, etc). This is a design issue that I hope the manufacturer addresses in the future. It would be so nice to have that back wall edge to be as wide as the front edge (about 5").

Tub looks lovely, and I believe it will meet our needs. The issue is the packaging. When we picked it up from the store, I looked it over and everything seemed fine. It wasn’t properly boxed, just a box around it with no bottom? There was foam on the top corners and a little wrapping but nothing protected the bottom half. Part of the tub caught on the carpet in my vehicle and broke a sliver of the front edge off. I believe it will be covered when the tile is set, but this was really disappointing. I had no idea it would be so fragile.

Picture is misleading since no actual drain pipe is included. But the actual product looks to function as it should.

Our concerns are primarily with the material. The fiberglass is uneven along the areas that must rest on the 2 by 4 stringers which has proved challenging and it is sharp so gloves must be worn. The tub requires that it be placed in a cement mixture which adds to the cost and difficulty. Plus after 3 weeks we can still smell the off gassing. But we have not yet installed the tub so can not give a full review.

This is a nice tub. I never set one in mortar before but it went well and is really solid.

The tub is exactly as pictured. Looks great in our newly renovated bathroom. The non-slip bottom is perfect! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new tub!

This is a great product. I got it for a customer who wanted a 72 inch tub instead of the standard 60 inches. It came shipped early without any issues or damage. It installed easily. It is very strong a durable. It looks great too!

This is a pretty pricey tub and I purchased it and got sick and it sat for over a year. It’s now being installed a year later and it is very nice and deep (main reason for purchase)! Seems like the finish is good. The only major problem I had is that the drain is off center, by like an inch or more and the plumbing had to be re-done, so check measurements before you mess with plumbing. That also means the shower head, faucet and spout will be off centered. If it being off center is going to bother you, I don’t recommend. The description does not mention this! One other thing is that the specs do not say you have to set it in mortar, but you do so be aware of that. Price is higher than most but hopefully through time, quality will show. Other than that is is an awesome tub, very deep and comfortable to relax in.

Tub is good. I got a left drain in a right drain box. Which was a huge hassle to exchange. I would recommend bringing some extra packing material and open the box before you bring it home.

Delivered earlier than expected. Seems very well made.
