I bought this set so I can take apart my folding knives for maintenance but I recommend investing in something of better quality, especially if you are using them on shallow depth torx screws or on anything requiring a moderate amount of torque. Ironic, since "torx" is a play on the word "torque" and the design is specifically for higher torque applications. The first time I tried using this to take apart a knife to clean and oil it both the T6 and T8 bits had the splines break off. The manufacturer's own product description states, "Keys are designed to resist rotational distortion" but this is clearly not the case. It seems the bits aren't hardened/heat treated properly, or poor quality metal was used in their construction which is causing the splines on the end of the bits to easily break and round off (see photo) rendering them useless.

This tool is worthless. The smaller sized hex keys all come out at the same time and are loose in the holder while the larger sizes come out of the folded position individually. Too bad it is so hard to find quality American made products anymore.

This is a great product

I picked up one of these hex key sets after I tightened one thing with another... blue brand... hex key and it completely twisted the hex key. With the Husky, even if that does happen, the lifetime warranty gives an added comfort. I've already used the T6 on this one to tighten the same thing that bent the other one and it's holding up just fine. I did have to tighten the screws a little so the hex keys wouldn't freely swing out of the tool, but that is to be expected and a very easy adjustment. Overall I would recommend this set!

This hex key combo set was really lightweight and durable for fixing my bows loose ends and adjusting sights without hassling with the hex keys. Ive had this product for about a month and i couldn't be happier.

Did what I needed it to do. Hard to find T6 torx so this had what I needed plus more.

I bought these along with the standard size key set. With both sets I have the right tool from T6 to T40. Great value for the price. Quality is good.

Good tool

The Torx 6 wrench on the set was hard to maneuver into place; kept stripping screw heads. Needs to be made of hardened/harder metal.

This tool does wonder in my house when I don’t want to run to my tool chest. Great for kids’ toys, door handles, shower knobs.

This item worked extremely well, especially for small torques.

Works great and is a pretty good value for the price. Hard to find the smaller sizes so it’s nice to have t6 - t9 on this one.

Handy tool but can be difficult to work with vs precision screwdrivers.

The tool is not properly hardened and when using the size T-6 wrench it twisted to a point and was unusable. I then purchased another T-6 tool online and it removed 6 T-6 screws in a row with zero problems.

Only set I found that had the sizes I needed.

They do the job. I needed an odd size Allen Wrench to tighter the handle on my refrigerator. This combo set was just what I needed. It has both metric and SAE (standard American measures) so the refrigerator screw size had to be in there somewhere. It was, and now I no longer have a rattling refrigerator door.

Great set of hex tools. Perfect combo set.

Works just as needed. And all stay in order.
