For the price not bad
This is not for comercial use, just something for a finish nailer. I did a house in tounge and groove and worked good for that, I don't think it would be any good for a nail gun any bigger. But works good over all and has a good price.

A good compressor once fixed
I had my compressor for approximately two weeks. When I first used the compressor it wouldn't build past 60 PSI. I discovered that the black coil hose had a crack in it at both ends. I tried to repair it but it just cracked again. Once the coil hose was replaced the compressor worked just fine. The hose for filling tires is attached directly to the tank without an air regulator. I recommend getting a tire chuck to inflate tires using the coil air hose, because the air regulator can reduce the chance of over inflating a tire. The brad nailer worked well. The tire pressure gauge that came with the compressor was plastic and it felt cheap. After replacing the air hose the compressor lost less than 3 psi over 24 hours (compressor was unplugged). I would have liked it if the compressor would have built up pressure faster. Overall I think that it is a good product for the price even though I had to make repairs before using it .

Fine if you only need it once a month
If you just need a compressor to occasionally pump something up or shoot some small nails every now and then, this will be fine. Small and quite (relatively) and seemed to do fine. I was not a fan of the mounting of the hoses as there is no way to change them – they’re screwed directly into the compressor rather than quick connectors (you can see from the picture) so you can’t unhook them or change hoses without it being a project. If you want it to use this more than just that once in a great while, I would suggest buying something of a higher quality as this won't last. Mine was fine being used once or twice a week (if that) but when I got into a larger job, it couldn't handle the strain of consistent use and the motor literally fell apart. After it kept blowing fuses I pulled the motor and found that it had broken into pieces. Again, it was because I was asking it to do more than advertised but nothing I would consider over the top (I wasn’t building a house). The replacement is considerably heavier duty even though I don’t have any new large projects in my future. I’m considering the additional cost as insurance.

You get what you paid for, after some additional fixing.
It's a little slow to get the full pressure, but it works. The tire pressure gauge came lose and broken, just like many other reviews noted. Nailer came w/out the hose adapter. The unit itself stopped working after a day of use. The PROBLEM IS THE FUSE. take the cover off and replace the fuse by new one or wire the old one or just wrap it in foil as a temporary fix. Other than that it's fine for small house job.

        Junk
I used this compressor only four times and it quit. Blow fuse. Compressor will not keep up with anything but very light duty inflation.. Buyer beware

A lot of product for the money
This is a refurbished unit and works well - all included accessories fit my home-use needs. An add-on tool accessory kit is available at a reasonable cost and I plan to buy it. Note: the fitting on the coil hose was leaking under pressure, so the tank would not fully pressurize, but the pump worked flawlessly and did not heat up. The manufacturer sent out a replacement hose right away.

          Careless manufacturer
Opened the box and pulled out the compressor. Floating loose in the box was the tire pressure gauge. It was dented and bent into a semicircle, completely useless. Picked it up and noted that the metal is extremely light gauge, no great loss. Performed the break-in per instructions. Closed the drain and turned on the pump to check out the pressure controls. Immediate loud hissing traced to the quick-disconnect air hose. There was a hole in it very close to the tank fitting. With the leak, the tank couldn't produce more than about 30 psi. I decided to return it to my local Home Depot rather than purchase a new hose. Can't beat the value IF it works. Looks like the odds of it working are not great. I'll be ordering another to see if my luck improves. If there are problems again, I'll give up. I can understand Husky not testing each NEW one that goes out. But they don't check the refurbs? Do you feel lucky?

maybe good if it powered on..
I receieved this unit and it was flawless on the outside. The only problem was it did not even power on, like really? Doesnt Husky make sure to inspect every refurb item. I called the 1800 on the manuel and was instructed to return it to home depot. I called back to online sales and adviced id give it one more try with the same model. To my luck they were all out, but the person on the phone said to look at similar items and would work out a price adjustment. Taking advantage of this offer i called back and requested the Husky 3 gallon trim plus unit with 1.5 hp for the price of this one. That was one great of a deal and to mention this new unit works like a charm.

            great compressor package
This compressor is great for small jobs. If you’re looking to run a big nail gun or pneumatic automotive tools, you’ll need a bigger compressor.

            A lot for the money.
Came in good condition and has worked fine since I got it. Being lightweight is the best feature when your working in 3rd floor apartments.

Works well for what it's intended to do
Had to rewrap some of the connections, but once I did that it held pressure well and worked great with a finishing nailer. Haven't used it with any other attachments.

            Get what you pay for
The first time i used the product it was great. I thought i had proven the poor reviews wrong. Then i went to use it again and butkis. I turn the pump on and nothing. I open it up, fuse is fine, nothing is burnt or anything like that. No clue what happend. I returned it the next day, which i was a little upset about because i thought i had gotten a good deal. The finish nailer was great though. worked perfectly and did a nice job. I then found a brand new 6 gallon porter cable pancake at a pawn shop for 120 and i realized was a piece that other compressor was.

I needed a portable air compressor to inflate tires and it does that satisfactorily.
Pros: Light weight, relatively quiet and easy portability. Various inflating nozzles/needles were included. The electrical cord stores easily and compactly on the back of the unit. Cons: Manuals were were not included for neither the compressor nor the nail gun, although the nail gun sports a safety decal that shows a figure reading a manual. One rubber mount was very loose and couldn't be tightened due to damaged threads on the attachment bolt. A small flimsy plastic bottle of machine oil had leaked nearly all of its contents (about 2 oz.) inside the shipping container. There was nothing to indicate what the oil was to be used for.

2nd one I've bought. 1st was perfect. Had to fix power cord connection on this one.
The 1st unit I bought was great! Lightweight, quiet (for a compressor), perfect price, and just right for blowing the dust out of computers at a job site. A friend liked it so much he asked me to order one for him. That one arrived with a broken connection on the power cord. Fixable, but disappointing to have to do.

            perfect
this thing is perfect. it does exactly what i wanted it to do. i got it for using nail guns around the house and blowing up small tires, jogging stroller, bicycle, little stuff like that. i did blow up a car tire but it took a few times. that was expected, it was not intended for car tires.

            Pleasant Surprise
Great little compressor, a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but i'm glad. Still in great cosmetic shape and works wonderfully.

            Good Compressor So Far
Although I've only had this compressor for a short time it has worked out well. I live in an apartment and wanted something compact to use for upholstery projects and it fits the bill perfectly. I can use it and stow it away in a closet when I'm done. I don't necessarily need the second output (schrader valve (tire pump)), but I knew that was there when I purchased the unit.

            perfect for home use
This compressor is for small jobs around the house. It is great for inflating tires. I have not used the nail gun. I think it will be good for small jobs.

Fill up the tire well, but Noisy and Loud
I was under the impression that this unit is quiet, but it is fairly loud in my garage. It did inflate the car tires quickly.

            This product is great
I really like this product. Everything works well, including the brad nailer. My only criticism is that there isn't anything to help contain the hoses. Other than that, it is very good.

Great little compressor for small jobs
I am really happy with this compressor and brad gun for the price. At first the brad gun did not feed well, but after about half a stack it wore in enough to feed smoothly. My wife and I used this set-up to do about 90 ft of crown molding over the weekend. It has alredy paid for itself.

for the price, it is very good
I went from an 8 gallon to this and I expected more. If I didn't have the previous compressor, I would be somewhat impressed. I just didn't want to spend a $100 for a replacement compressor which I only use several times a month. I don't know whether it will be strong enough to blow out my sprinkler system.

            Perfect for small jobs
Upon arrival, the hose for the nail gun had a small leak thus preventing the pressure from building up. I called the customer service in the manual and had a new hose in three days, cant ask for much more than that. Primarily used for tires and smaller jobs, but does so sufficiently. No complaints, a great inexpensive option

            Works great
This product works as advertised. Used it to fill air in car tires without any issues. Also used it for attaching trim to doors, and it works great. Small and compact and easy to setup within minutes.

Looks new and arrived in perfect shape
The air compressor works fine and looks brand new. The reviews I read about the thin shipping boxes appears fixed as this arrived in a sturdy box with more cardboard inserted for protection. No problems out of the box or shipping damage. Unit is quiet enough to use all day. No problems with the noise. Mine did not include the air gauge or inflation tips. The included nail gun works great. I tried the unit with my framing nailer and while it would work, it just could not keep up. Using it with the smaller nail gun and staple gun, it works great. Unit holds pressure in the tank with no loss for over 2 weeks. A great value.
