The jack lifts but once I try to lift the car it does nothing. I will be returning.

The 2nd jack arrived on schedule and thankfully this one was undamaged.

Parts fell out. Manual enreadable and incorrect.

Beautiful looking piece out of the box, to replace an old trolley jack that was 10 years old. Ends up that it's defective, it took a few weeks before I needed to use it and it won't lift anything. Seriously, I can push it down while pumping, the hydraulics are defective and must have a bad seal. I have not contacted Home Depot yet in regards to this.

This was a Christmas gift for my grandson. He says he likes it, and it is doing some of what he wants. It wasn't the one he wanted so we will probably be buying another, in the not-too-distant future.

Some of the parts on the jack had "cosmetic" damage when I received it but I decided to keep it. I use it on my 2017 V-6 Honda Accord and it works fine. Low enough to easily role under lift spots with room left over. Lifts high enough to remove tire with room left over. If you are experienced with this type of jack, it is not a problem to "slowly" lower your car. The carry handle installed easily but it is made out of plastic, so I hope it will last and not fail. The Jack does weigh in at 33lbs.

2.1/2 ton floor jack is total junk. Even after all the inspections I did to make sure that it is not an error on my side. I follow all the instruction and troubleshooting, but no luck. I had to return it the next day for refund. I eve ask customer service to have someone take a look at it to find out what’s wrong with it, but they didn’t have anyone available. I like how it’s compact and light weight. Maybe there were they cut corners and made into a junk product. It’s total waste of time.

Perfect for what I needed. Great product and great price.

Wouldn't jack up my car. I returned it.

The jack was defective and had to be returned. The lift would raise until it reached the load but wouldn't lift anything under load. The hydraulic fluid level was full so the problem was something else. Home Depot made it easy to return though so I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.

better than I expected..

Tested the 2.5T jack as soon as I received it. It could not lift a typical sedan. Seemed like there is a leak in its system. Returned it for a refund.

Was very surprised by the amount of lift with so few pumps.

I bought this jack a couple of years back. Used it maybe 10 times, very light, home garage use, and now it won’t lift. I tried all the quick fixes, air purging, add hydraulic fluid, inspect primary cylinder o-ring, etc., still won’t lift a hundred pounds. Junk product, DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS JACK! HUSKY TOOLS ARE POOR QUALITY. Go to Harbor Freight, their products are way better than Husky and last longer! I would rate the jack a zero if there was a review choice.

Orderd the jack with high anticipation because its compact with 2 .5 ton capacity just what i needed since i already have a 3 ton from a different manufacturer ( bigger and much heavier) unfortunately this jack did NOT work it couldn't even lift one hand pressing down on it. Obviously wasn't tested prior to shipping..very dissapointed.

Not at all what I was expecting but it is what it is. Would be much happier if it was actually a low profile jack and not just called one. False advertisement.
