-Brand new wrench binds up -Be told "Warranty doesn't cover wear and tear" -Tell them you bought it yesterday and never turned a fastener or fitting with it. It binds up. -*Sigh* "What brand is it?" -Say "Husky" -*Sigh* "We don't replace wrenches out of sets you have to bring the set." -Say "It's an individual wrench." -*Sigh* "We can't replace it unless we have one." -Say "You do. I checked." -*Sigh* "Go get it." Thanks, and to be fair those weren't questions except for "What brand is it?"

Ordered December 1st! Here it is December 13th, Still WAITING for delivery. Wouldn't have ordered if I knew there was a 3 week wait for a wrench!

Just what I need for hvch unit

12 mm ratchet jambed on about the third use. Doing rear brakes on Suzuki, so not that much stress. Hope the warranty holds up.

Treated myself to this great wrench to replace toilet in a tight area.

These were delivered to the wrong address. When I called the shipping company, they said they contacted Home Depot and that they would be calling me in 15-20 minutes to figure out how we were going to move forward. I never received a call, nor did I ever receive my money back.

Excellent quality. I needed a ratchet this size for my pool cartridge filter as there is limited clearance for my knuckles so this does the trick!

Wrench work great. Very solid.
