This is a pretty neat tool. I was having trouble with a screw in my bathroom light above the medicine cabinet. Even those thumb sized screw drivers wouldn't fit in the space available. I tried to use my ratchet set but it was so close to the wall the top of the ratchet was hitting the wall and I was afraid I was going to strip it. Insert this little guy and all is well now. The way you can "bend" it, not only allows it to get into tough to reach places, it makes it easy to use torque to loosen the screw/bolt. I didn't use it on a bolt so I can't review that but I don't see why it wouldn't work just as well.

Great piece for the tool box, A must have. If you can beat the price point on a Husky product of this type, don't buy it, you will be getting a sub standard product. I have used Husky sockets a lot over the years and I always got at least what a paid for. I used this on a small job that required more than the minimum torque and I never got the feeling I was stressing the drive joint. All my matching and non matching sockets also fit snugly into the drive joint. Would buy again.

The fit and finish on this universal joint is excellent, as good if not better than tools costing 3 times as much. It articulates smoothly, but with enough tension to hold a socket in position. The retaining pin holds sockets securely yet releases easily. I have several Husky hand tools in my tool box, and they are all very good quality, and I expect to add more Husky tools in the future.

Junk Broke first time I used it

This was exactly what I needed for a repair on my vehicle. Without it, it would have been near impossible to get the repair completed. I would definitely recommend this product for those hard to reach bolts. Great product!

A solid swivel, I use it with my impact and it hasn’t broken yet. It’s a useful tool everyone should include in their socket sets. And you can buy a lot of these before you buy on Snap on.

It's a 1/4" universal Joint. It will not be used till it's used, and should work just fine (as long as you don't put too much torque behind it... ummmm pow... )
