This fan seemed fairly easy to install for being my first time installing a ceiling fan. The instructions were easy to follow. I have a dual switch setup. The smaller sized fan is just right for my guest bedroom/exercise room. The fan runs silent even on the highest speed and I am happy to finally have a light in that room to see at night. My only complaint is that the fan chain seems difficult to pull. I feel like I have to brace the light globe while pulling down on the chain. I don't plan on changing the fan speed in that room often so it shouldn't be too big a problem for me. The chain for the light pulls easily. Overall, I am happy with the purchase so far.

I ordered on-line, expecting that it would have a remote included. Imagine my surprise when it wasn't included. The customer service rep at the store tried to convince me that it was included, even though it did not specify it on the box. If I wasn't under time constraints I would have not accepted the product and ordered something else.

The globe of the fixture was cracked, but we had it installed anyway. All else was fine. Good value for the money. Just didn't think it was worth the hassle to return. If you look closely at the photo, the 2 long lines are the on/off pulls and the line above the center is the crack.

We purchased this fan for my son's nursery, and it's perfect! It looks great and is quiet yet effective. Very happy with the purchase! The room is 10x13, and this fan cools the whole space.

We put one of these up in our baby's room and decided that it looked and worked great that we bought a second one for our guest bedroom. When we bought the second one, the glass globe was broken, but I called our local Home Depot and we exchanged it that day. The two toned panels give you a great choice to match your room and the different mounting options help as well. I am a novice when it comes to electric items and it only took me 45 minutes to get set up and running. Love the fan. Wish it had room for 1 more light bulb.

Smooth and quiet. The globe seems a bit large for the overall size of the whole unit, and the bulbs that come with it are REALLY bright. But this really is a a very nice looking fan when all is said and done. Looks and runs fantastic for the price.

I had put the model of fan in all our secondary room and got them through Amazon. When I went to order this fan I found the price increased dramatically. I check Home Depot site and found it for much less. Great fan I would recommend it.

I purchased this fan about a month ago. I had a electrician to installed the fan it will not run any faster than low to medium speed. It also has a humming voice. I called Hunter customer service to explain the issue and they sent me a wire harness replacement. I changed out the wire harness and it still is not working on high speed. You can't feel much air on low or medium speed. I should have read all of the reviews before purchasing this fan.

We purchased three of these ceiling fans for install at our rental property because we wanted something that we could trust would deliver the best performance while maintaining reliable service for many years to come. We did have a couple of missing pieces between the three that Hunter is out of stock, meaning we will have to wait until July before installing the third one. I can report that installation was quite simple with the included instructions. The size is great for the bedrooms in which we installed them. The two included options as for height the fan will sit are not much different. My only complaint of sorts is that this is not a truly flush mountable fan as it states in the description; however with the shortest of the download options the fan sits high enough to be out of the way in an eight foot tall ceiling room. The fit and finish are what we have come to appreciate with the Hunter brand; we looked at a few other brands but I am most familiar with the Hunter brand and have come to trust their reliability over the years. Packaging was great, there were no visible sign of damage on any of the three boxes. Overall we are pleased and would buy again if needed.

My husband did the installation, said it wasn't hard to install. Very lovely product looks just like the picture that is online. Very quiet when it is turned on, and the installation went well.

I have it for about three weeks and I am very pleased with it.it looks good and runs quiet .has a good instruction guide and easy to connect wire harness which makes installing a breeze and also come with light bulbs

The fan seems to work well but I did not realize the globe was so dark. Can I buy a replacement in white?

Great fan! We were looking for a fan that took standard base (A19) 60 W lightbulbs and this is one of he only ones we could find! Gives off good light and looks nice. Easy install.

Haven't taken it out of the box yet, but have another purchased in the past which is doing it's work just fine.
