Evidently you have more that one Channing model! The one shipped is not the one that was preferred. I wanted one with the Globe fixture, and remote included. i will be returning the one that was shipped.

Pleased with the quality of the fans. Bought and installed 3 of them. Remote control pairing was horrific though. Even after reaching out to the manufacturers support, one unit will not pair up properly... again, nice fans!

Very nice looking, I used it in a small bedroom. The lights are very bright which works for my needs, others may want a lower wattage.
I ordered it online and it arrived sooner than expected, easy enough to assemble. I didn't have to use the balancing kit which was good.

The fan operates very quietly while cycling through the three speeds. I found the low and medium speeds too slow. It has an elegant appearance. I purchased a hunter remote with the fan. Be careful not to lose it because the fan doesn't work manually.

1. This fan runs slower speed than any other fan. Highest speed of this fan is just middle speed of other fan. There is no difference between the middle and lowest speed of this fan.
2. Very low amount of air flow.
Finally I was bound to return this fan.
