The filter fit perfectly in my furnace and is working as expected. This was the only filter I could find that had the ratings I was looking for with pet hair and dust that was not highly restrictive. I will be buying this one as long its available.

The filter were placed in the box damaged/crushed. The outer box was In perfect condition. Very disappointed

I had no problem with installing. Since this is a filter I would not know how it will help until I notice improvements in my allergies over time. LOL

The filer could be better on quality. The pleats are very unevenly spaced. True to size to fit in filter box.
