It does not work. Please advise how I return the piece of junk

Work great and easy to install.

Honeywell did a great job with the design and easy setup , installation, and operation of this 300 Series chime set and associated push buttons. The range is phenomenal -- 450 feet. Have had the 300 Series only 24 hours, but it works like a champ. This system replaces another one I bought at the Home Depot store that was problematic at best, and didn't meet our needs at all. Rock on Honeywell!

We wanted our children's ministry teachers to be able to summon assistance from the security team in the event of an intruder threat without frightening the children. We mounted the push button in the classroom and set the unit to flash only. The flashing light summons the security team to our children's area without disturbing the worship service.

I love my new door bell! It is everything I thought it would be. Honeywell is the best! Easy to install, works like it should, and truly fits my needs. An extra plus is having 6 different chimes and a modern look. Love love love. The reviews really helped me in making my decision. Thanks. Don't forget to buy the batteries.

Door bell is loud enough to hear from my basement. Easy to install. I have tried less expensive wireless door bell and this one is the best that I have experience so far. Would highly recommend it.

Easy to install and program!

I purchased this product for my father. It has meet & exceeded our expectations.

Happy with it. Loud so can hear it and best of all, it's portable. When I'm in the basement, set it at the head of the stairs and can hear it. So far, so good.

I've wasted a lot of money on other wireless doorbells that just didn't work long range...this is the one that does! The unit has several options for sounds. It works great and even has a flashing light feature so it doesn't wake up the baby. I highly recommend it -

I purchased the RCWL330A, the wireless converter/extender RPWL3045A, and the door contacts RCA901N, and everything is working smoothly. I have two doors so I programmed a different chime for each. The range is impressive.

It will not reach the 450ft. I bought 2 of them. I put 1 downstairs buy the wife's quilting room and it would not work so I had to move it closure to the button.

2 minutes to mount & use. Works as advertised. Great range.

This is the perfect item I needed for my home. Since the installation of new doors and windows in my home and enclosed front porch, it was hard to hear someone knocking at my front door. This doorbell was so easy to install, especially for someone who is not a handy person.

Easy to install and like choice of loudness

Love it. The only problem I had was with the extra door button i purchased would not work with it. It was the correct one but wouldn't work. Have not reordered yet

Chime works, I am able to hear throughout the house. Wish I had noticed the doorbell does not have a light, difficult to know what part to press! I ordered two extra doorbells because I wanted the black, only light color comes with the Chime. The extra bells would not fit the holder that came with the Chime? Used the stick on from one of the extras. My beautiful bell was connected through an intercom system, fried in the last hurricane, would need to rewire the entire house, therefore the wireless bell.
