The second layer of hooks wont screw in as the pre-inserted port is so deep that it wont let them to be screwed in. The rest of it is good but it isn’t weighted correctly because of the “missing” hooks. Very disappointed. Tried to get a new one but it is like jumping through hoops.

Nice coat rack and easy assembly. Shipping went well and the packaging and foam box protection. The only minor issue was it leans considerably to one side, but putting a rubber toe cap on the bottom of one foot - (see attached photos) - straightened it right up. The second part was a split in the wood on the second beam attachment from what looked to be caused from over tightening. Being a Fix-it kind of guy, I just turned the split so I can't see it. I'll putty and sand it later. Not worth trying to return it and start all over again. Other than that, I do like the rack, looks great in my room. I felt these were minor issues, and not a deal breaker to me. Just so you know it feels like it came from China and the quality was, well - Average. I still like it over the others I have seen, solid wood and sturdy, aside from the leaning. Thanks for reading!

Very easy to assemble. Took less than ten minutes to put together, although some of the screw holes in the bottom weren't completely through. Looks very nice in my entryway.

The box was to thin got crushed in shipping. I think it needs to shipped in a heavy box..The rack was chips & scratches...but my coats cover all the marks. Was priced good and easy to assemble... Good instructions , had for month a Christmas gift to my Husband.

It's easy to put together and very sturdy.

This is a nice looking coatrack. It arrived in a small box. But when you assemble it, it is about 74" in height. It has a nice dark-brown finish, and the weight is good. You should not have a problem with it falling over. The three-leg will automatically balance it. The legs use screws and wooden dowels. You can use wood glue if you are sure you won't be moving. I did had a few problems following the directions for assembly. The parts are very similar, and they were not labeled. See the two pictures. The name says Spinning Top, but the top doesn't spin.

This is a very nice coat rack. It is sturdy and looks great. The finish and trim of the wood are very nice. I love the small pegs around the mid section of the rack… they’re great for holding shirts or pants that are on hangers. There are two reasons I gave it three stars: First, contrary to the product description, the top does not spin. Second, the one I received leans a bit to one side. I thought it had to do with my assembly of the feet, but I discovered the problem is the hardware that comes pre-installed was not level, so when I screwed the bottom piece into the base, it caused it to lean. The assembly instructions were sub-par, but it is such a simple assembly they could have omitted the instructions altogether and you’d be able to figure it out. All the pieces easily slide or screw together. You only need a screwdriver to secure the feet with the included screws. All in all, this is a pretty good product. We’re happy to have it, just bummed the top doesn’t spin. It’ll still get plenty of use.

One of the attachment pieces that screws into the base was cracked; however, I didn't bother and didn't have the time to deal of costumer service people so, I just put it together and said forget it!!! Paint quality and craftsmanship was not there either!

The tree was easy to assemble. Minor scratches but good looking. Many hooks that can handle a heavy load. Exactly what I was looking for to replace an uglier and wood stand. This one has a smaller footprint which is great for a tight spot.

Product was VERY poorly conceived and designed. I had to use a tiny wrench to screw in the feet IN THE BLIND since you had to feed the wrench and the screw balanced on the wrench into a hole on the opposite side of the base to reach across blindly to find the screw hole by feel not by sight. Good practice for people who plan on going blind some day to still be able to put something together. Chinese made and the Chinese are laughing at delivering a product like this to US citizens.
