If the shipping date hadn't been pushed back twice and a typo in the description the overall experience would have been 5 stars + ! The tub is great and Test anyone who buys one would be doing themselves a favor ! Home Depot has a good line

Let me first say that no matter what it takes to get this spa delivered, placed, leveled, GFCI electrical Installed, run to it, and hard wired to the spa. It is worth it. For the money we highly recommend it and LOVE it. I waited 2 years to find the right spa at the right price and this one was it. The delivery company experience was disappointing but the man who delivered it was thankfully a big man and very nice and thankfully we were both able to physically move it with the industrial size dolly into my backyard. My shoulders still hurt 2 weeks later. The electrical company I called wanted 2,000 to install the GFCI box and run cable prior to the delivery, I declined. Thankfully I had a Marine friend of mine who is a licensed electrician willing to do it for a lot less. 300 plus Whiskey plus Grilled Steak Dinner and relaxing in the spa with us. The electrical was difficult to install due to the house and its unique Square D electrical box that only Square D breakers fit in it and you can only order the breakers online because I mean nobody carries them in stock because they are too expensive. The cheapest was 100 from Home Depot for which I had to wait another week to enjoy my Spa. It would have been helpful to have the Spa Manual prior to the delivery. The Top side controls are too simple considering that it has 3 operating modes and 8 different Filtration modes with no info to know how to change them. I called the Manufacturers Support line and a nice man emailed me the code controls and even a very helpful link www.recdirectfactoryoutlets.com/support.php to instructional videos. This was even more helpful than the manual including the electrical information. I also want to recommend a non chemical solution. The thing I hated the most about my old hottub was the battle with Chemicals. I found a natural non chemical treatment natureshottubtreatment for the water and along with SPAZazz Salt auroma RX crystals it will make your Spa like ours. A place you never want to leave except to go to potty and get another drink. Enjoy!

Very happy with this hot tub. We've had it for over a year now and It's running awesome! Gets up to 104 and has all kinds of adjustable jets. Love it!

Nice light color. Easy to install. Heated right up to 105 (which was a little hot so we turned it down). All the jets worked.

So far a great tub for the price. Easy to install & shipped ahead of time. Replaced a tub (20years old) and hope it is as good! Only drawbacks yet are slick finish and control buttons too small.

We love our hot tub. It was Fast shipping and home depot was great in getting everything done. All I had to do was unpack it hook up electric and fill with water. It hasn't skipped a beat. It's deeper than it looks. I don't know if you can get any other color than white inside it can show some staining if you have rusty water.

So far so good! My only concern is how long the base will hold up. It is wood with a plastic material stapled to it. We have it placed on concrete under a pergola but it does get wet when it rains hard.

Easy to set up and the whole family loves it. The lights and the water fall are a nice touch as well.

I Been looking at hot tubs for 2 years. I choose this one because of all the features you get for the price. Whatever you have to do to get this tub do it. It's worth every penny. The delivery was also easy.

I have only had it a few weeks but so far so good. Their customer service is very helpful the couple times I called.

We love our Spa, however; it was a little difficult to set up the instructions were not real clear. The only draw back is the manual lacks clear information..

Product rating - 5. Shipping rating - 1. Home Depot uses a third party shipping company to ship these products. When the shipping company's local branch received my product, we had to schedule an entire day that I would be available because they couldn't give me a tinier window than between 8am and 5pm. Luckily I have a flexible job that allows me to work from home on occasions like this, however some people may not be so lucky. Turns out that I didn't even have to take a day off because the truck with my product showed up at around 6:30. Then we ran into a problem. It was up to only the trucker and me to get a 650 pound hot tub off of the truck and into our backyard. Whelp, that didn't happen because the thing was too heavy so we only managed to get it into our garage. I then had to coordinate with friends so they could come over and help (side note: if you go through this process, absolutely, 100% buy the black and orange lifting straps - they are life savers). Overall, the entire experience was a huge pain, however I don't regret it because the hot tub is everything we hoped it would be.

Well built holds temp at high degrees. Like they installed different jets at every seat. I feel the price is great for what we got. Very impressed with over all appearances and craftsmanship. The wait was worth it!!

The hot tub did arrive a little later than expected, but Home Depot happily took care of that end. Customer service was excellent! And after some minor misunderstanding with the manufacturer regarding installation (on their end) with our presently existing system, and a bit of going back and forth between the manufacturer and our electrician, the issue was finally resolved and yes, the spa is working nicely. We may need to add some insulation around the hoses for the winter, but we had to do this with our other spa as it's not very well insulated for the northern, New Jersey winters, but it's a minor issue and we can wait to see how that goes. Tub is a great size, nice depth, choice of colored lights. Jets are well placed and comfortable, also adjustable whether you want them low or high. Cover should work very well. Only thing that IS missing is a place for my wine glass!!! Great spa for the price and again, Home Depot was a pleasure to work with.

Very Satisfied. The Hot Tub came earlier than expected. No damage and it was delivered right to my driveway. It was easy to install and the quality is excellent. We have already enjoyed many times relaxing in the Hot Tub. For only $3600 it was excellent value for the money.

I have never bought a piece of equipment that did not include the manual! Why is it not in the package??

This jet spa was everything that it said it was, I read the reviews on other hot tubs and this one had the best reviews for the price, which is why I purchased it. Took longer to deliver than originally stated, but it was Christmas time, so it was expected. Other than that, delivery guy was very helpful with getting it off the truck and up the driveway. We are in it just about every night so far, it's cold in the north east, but the hot tub is a nice 103 degrees!!

The Home Depot delivered the spa as close as they could get to where I wanted the spa. It took my husband, my daughter and myself to move it into position. Even empty, it was very heavy. One of the heads were broken, it took 3 attempts by the manufacture to send the correct head. The flows seems weak. Its a decent spa, no show stopper, thats for sure!

This is our first spa but I really did my research. Works great, easy to set up. We previously had the outlet installed for it so we were ready.

Got here 3 weeks EARLY! Best money I have spent in a while! The 6HP Pump delivers a nice and even pressure from jets. The Estes truck driver helped me get the spa to my patio from the driveway, super nice fellow! The water fall is nice at night and the changing color LED's are a nice feature, really bright . I dont understand why some are complaining about pressure of the jets, but none from me and my family. This Tub is really nice and I would purchase again with no regrets thus far. The cover is nice also. I will have to see how energy efficient it is in a month or so when I get my utility bill. I hope we get snow this year so I can sit in warmth and watch it snow!! I recommend highly !

I'm really pleased with this purchase. As my electrician was hooking it he messed up a piece I was able to call the manufacturer and they sent out a new piece, no questions asked. Love my spa, very pleased with the customer service we experienced as well. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a 6 person spa.

I'm very pleased with this purchase the tub is sturdy easy to clean and maintain. The light in it that changes colors really sets off such a cool affect. Couldn't believe the deal I got. I would highly recommend this spa.
