Installation was very simple, only took 15 mins. Blinds are beautiful & quality.

These actually look nicer than the HD photo. I ordered 4 of these (two of this size plus two for other different-sized windows). My old blinds were 1/2" metal slats and about 41 years old. They are easy to install. My windows have some side trimming which need attention since the slats are 2" wide. I had to remove the top trim to get the blinds to fit - no big deal and it does not show. The side trim had to be shaved at the top to get the brackets to fit. I installed mine without the valence as I intend to add curtains soon. The weird thing is I measured my 71" wide window and the blind should have fit but was 1/2" too wide. I called and am returning to the store and exchanging for another one. One of the great things about HD is the ability to return these stock blinds - no questions. The brackets are solid and come with enough screws, valence, and appropriate hardware The blinds are faux wood (composite plastic) The look is great inside and outside They pull up/down no problem They open/close by turning the rod (included). I can't think of anything wrong. I'll probably buy more for the bedrooms.

Easy to install and they work and look great. Purchased over 40 of these blinds and had no problems at all.

These blinds were easy to install and they open and close very smoothly. Very nice product.

My old blinds to open had 4-6 strings that you would pull, together and lift the blinds; they were so heavy that i thought I was going to pull the whole thing off the wall. So I decided to to replace them with these blinds and LOVE THEM. Instead of 4-6 stings this system only has 1 and they move like butter, no force and no pulling...it is as easy as putting your arm up and putting it back down. I am going to replace all my blinds in my house...can't wait!

I did a lot of research. I needed some affordable blinds that would look fancy. This was the best deal. They look very good and not cheap. I am so glad i picked this ones. They came ad promised. Very easy to install for a " no very handy" husband.

I ordered 13 blinds, 11 of the blinds came in with a crushed hardware box inside the main box. The external box did not have any evidence of damage during shipping. Unfortunately, the valance return molding piece came cracked and broken and I could not install on an outside mount. These are the two pieces that go on each side of the mount. I found out after installation. Boxes are opened and blinds installed. Poor Quality. Do not recommend.

I just received these and installed them right away. I purchased seven, all in different sizes. Very easy to install. Lightweight but gives your windows depth. I chose the interior mount, and I am very happy with the way they look. Follow the measuring instructions for ordering your custom blinds. They are spot on and each one fits great. One thing I had to find out on my own... the center support bracket--don't put it directly in the middle. Place it an inch or so to either side. Otherwise it interferes with the center blind strings and it will give it a bowed look. ALSO, try not to drop during installation (duh, right?). I did that and one of the slats bent and cracked. I had to superglue it back together. It was miner but could have been worse. Other than that, I'm very happy with the product and how it has enhanced the look of my new home.

The product sagged in the middle when hung. The suspending threads do not appear to have been properly installed. The unit was hung inside the window box using the provided hardware. The unit installed is 69” x 48.” Previous units purchased did not have this problem.

These blinds are absolutely beautiful. The blinds have given my home a totally new look. Blinds were easy to install but make sure measurements are absolutely correct before ordering. I will definitely be replacing all blinds in my home...about 15 windows!!

they came saggy on one side. So they are not horizontal despite mounting horizontal. Any ideas?

The blinds are what they were advertised and I was told at the store they would be. I took my own measurements, and installed them myself. It was easy in my situation. I am a happy camper.
