Bench is very nice and sturdy. Cushion has a slight odor at first and looks a tad cheap, but everything else about this bench is just what I was looking for.

This was perfect for the spot I needed it in my home! No issues with assembly and I am pleased with the material covering the cushion. Glad I made the decision to purchase this!

Usually this company sells quality product but this bench I would skip.

Nice, solid furniture. The assembly instructions are complicated and I'd recommend having two people to put it together. But we did it and it's very nice. We've gotten lots of compliments on it. Having a little trouble finding baskets to go inside but still looking.

Beautiful & functional. Just what I needed. However--the directions and pictures were very confusing. Some steps seemed to be missing. Have put many furniture items together and never had this much confusion. Overall, however, after 6 hours of studying the directions and much frustration, the bench turned out beautiful!

This bench is easy to put together and sturdy. Wish they kept the dark Mocha wood tone model.

The quality is good, everything fits together solidly. It matches the wall shelf well.

as other reviewers have noted, 2 screw-holes that are described as pre-drilled are neither drilled nor marked. If you have a power drill, this is easily fixed.

I was very disappointed to find that the "solid wood" construction is particle board with a cardboard backer. The item is not as described and I am now inconvenienced with returning the item.

We chose this one because of the open cubes - more versatile if you want easy access for shoes, etc. or can add baskets or bins if desired. The color of the finish is good. The cushion is not that well made, but for a 'mud room' is not that big of a problem and we can replace it with another one if we want. But we are happy overall with the bench.

I purchased this for a large guest bathroom that needed a place for guests to sit while changing, etc. I loved the open cubbies to put colorful towels and made them available for guests without digging around in a linen closet. The cherry wood matched cabinets perfectly. I couldn't be happier!

Shipment came quickly. Assembly was time consuming, but not too difficult. The bench looks great and serves the purpose it was bought for - storing winter gear and providing a place to sit to put shoes on/take off. I like the color - has a bit of reddish tone to it. The pad is nice and firm, but got a bit bent during shipping. Overall I am happy with the purchase!

I got the expresso finish. It's very nice and pretty easy to put together. I put it together myself in about 30 mins. I did have to pre drill my own holes for the two center supports on bottom. I just got a drill and little drill bit to start the holes .. Wasn't hard just don't go all the way thru just enough to get the screw going. I put this in my kitchen so my kids had some where to sit to put shoes on in the morning instead of sitting on stairs and I'm looking for some bins for the two side cubbies .. Can't be bigger then 12h x 12w x 15d .. And the center cubby is about 12h x11 3/4w x15d. Hope this helps. The cushion isn't bad.

I've extensively searched the internet for a small storage bench (38" long or less) in a nice medium brown finish. I'm so glad I found this bench. The 'dark cherry' is a nice medium color and the wood veneer looks really nice -- much nicer than the typical wood print (vinyl) finish of RTA furniture. Although the instructions recommend two people for assembly, I put it together myself in a few hours. Having an electric screwdriver was a big help.

After much research I decided to go for this bench. Am not sorry although we've only had it a few days it looks great & does just what we wanted. It appears to be well made & looks to be more expensive then it was.

The bench/w cushion is a good product. It looks great in our mud-room and takes my weight when changing my shoes. Assembly instructions were difficult in understanding, especially when it came time to put the sides and railings on the bench. The instructions do not provide the complete picture on the steps you need to take to put the sides/railings together. I can see how some owners might have put the sides on and then scratched their heads as to how to put the railings on when the sides are already attached. The predrilled holes at the bottom of the bench to attach the support legs were not present. Had to pre-drill them myself. Other than that, I liked the product.

This product was perfect. It was simple in appearance, yet clearly a high quality piece. The cushion was a pleasent surprise as well, with a subtle pattern that added a touch of sophistication.

Sturdy and looks nice. Colors are true to those on the website, and materials seem to be good quality so far. Assembly was pretty easy, but somewhat time consuming. The labels on the pieces weren't all correct, so it took some time and patience to really study the pictures in the instructions and figure it out. Overall, it's a nice addition to the entryway and a good price. I'd buy again.

Sturdy, easy to put together, looks better than I expected it would and is much more solid than I thought. (I wish the original description gave the size of the openings but that's very minor). Really a very good value for the money.

This bench has allowed us to have a central area to set all of our bags, etc and taken them off my kitchen counters. Bench is sturdy and cushion is firm. Some of the arrow guides on the furniture to aid in assembly were wrong - so rely on the picture more during assemby instead of the stickers.

This bench is a great value and good quality for a self-assembly piece of furniture. The cushion and fabric are high quaility and sturdy. Perfect for an entry way!
