The shade fell apart from the top panel within 1 week. The glue is not strong enough to hold the shade.

the fabric separated form the plastic that holds it up. After one week.

It was cut to fit and works perfectly.

Disconnect from top within 7 days. Installed 9 of them to turn around and remove and install a different product in every window. When a product is this bad there should be pain and suffering reimbursement! So disappointed!

Very poor quality compared to what they used to be. I've purchased for several of our homes over the years. They don't compare to how they used to be.

I had bought the black out cellular shades for our bedrooms and love them but I needed a light filtering shade for my laundry room. This does the trick. I love the ability to open the top part only for privacy. My husband installed it in no time.

I loved them until the shade separated from the top post… had no idea the shade is only held on my what appears to be a sticky tape of some sort. They are beautiful when there are no issues.

Same issues as a few other people that they are coming unglued from the top of the blind. Super disappointed. I am going to see if there is a way to have the manufacturer replace it. We bought 14 blinds and this is the only one so far that is coming apart/unglued. I even tried putting some adhesive to re-stick it - but it was unsuccessful.

These seem like nice quality shades for the price. They operate smoothly, were easy to install, and the snow drift color is a nice, slightly warm white.

I received 2 shades that had obviously been returned previously. They are not in good condition and I have to return/ exchange one at least.. very unhappy .

These cordless shades are well-made and a great value!

We bought 3 shades, which were fairly quick and easy to install. All the necessary hardware was included plus some bits that had no instructions to indicate their purpose. Of the 3 shades, one broke within a week of installation: the shade came apart from the top railing. If this is an indication of how fragile these shades are, I’m not sure they will last a long hot summer. However, replacing the broken shade has been easy. The customer service at the Beaverton Home Deport is outstanding. Thank you.

got these for most of our windows and love them! our widest window needed a shade nearly 70" wide. it came cut exactly to size and fit perfectly! however, the cellular material came off of the sticky glue at the top rail within a week of installing. and it continues to come apart farther and farther. I'm handy, but this appears to be a flaw in the manufacturing or design to fall apart like this. we'll return and ask for a replacement
