I bought this to be a place for my boys to store their coats and back packs. I love it!

We purchased the shutter closed locker storage cabinet and are in love with it! We spent (leisurely) about 1 day putting it together, but instructions were great and easy to follow.

Very happy with the purchase. The unit arrived in 3 large boxes. Unpacking the unit was a challenge. Be prepared for all of the packing material; I filled up a larger dumpster. The doors were difficult to install. Particularly the door on the right. The pre-drilled holes were not in the correct place and took a lot of time and adjustment. The top back panel needs to be trimmed to fit, so I have decided that since I am going to place baskets up there to not to through the effort. I actually like the unit with the top panel installed.

I am a 60 year old female and I was able to put this cabinet together mostly by myself. I needed help to stand it up after I had the frame together, but the rest of it I could do by myself. At first, it looked a little overwhelming but I took it one page at a time and was able to successfully assemble it. I wasn't in a rush and it was actually challenging and, dare I say it, fun! The only problem was getting the doors to line up. My husband had to help me with that - but I got them installed. The doors aren't aligned perfectly but they do still look good. I'm a perfectionist and I can live with the way they look - only I really know where the flaw is. Generally, I am really very happy with this cabinet. It was a bit pricey, but I was willing to pay the extra for this unusual and very functional storage piece.

Needs more coat hooks

I would highly recommend this item. It is well made and looks beautiful in my entry. I purchased the oak color and it looks even better than on the website. It came within a few days and arrived in 3 cartons. The cartons are heavy and on the large side so it might take two people to get them into the house after they are delivered. Even though the piece has to be assembled, all the parts are clearly labeled and the directions are clearly written.

Very disappointed with this purchase. I had to hire a handy man to put this together for me - he has done other work for me so I know his ability to build is just fine. This unit feels a little flimsy and wobbles after assembled. He did anchor to the wall and that helped a bit, but for the price I was expecting it to be more sturdy. It does look large and chunky - like it should be sturdy - but just isn't. Also, the drawers don't line up evenly so that is bothersome to my perfectionist personality. He tried to adjust but it was not possible. I love the concept of this locker style storage system but I think it is only worth half the price it is listed for. The positive here is that it does over a lot of great storage for a mud room. I also ordered the baskets. Just hope it will last a long time.

I thought I was getting a fixture that was more sturdy than the actual unit. Since the image doesn't show the fixture with the doors open, I thought all three doors opened to 3 different "lockers" with hooks. But it doesn't. There is one section with 2 hooks and 1 with just shelves. Very disappointed since I purchased it for my 3 kids to place their items after school.

This is the centerpiece for our "Drop-Zone" garage/house entryway. It is a quality piece that really holds a lot ... yet close the doors and it is all covered and neat! We chose white and the finish is so smooth and has the appearance of a much more expensive piece of furniture. This is a "no-brainer" purchase--well worth the effort of assembly.
