Ad indicated 'remote control' which was misleading. There is, infact, no handheld remote control with this unit, which makes it worthless to someone who can't walk to the control switch.

We put three of these fans on our back porch. They put off great light and create the air flow we were hoping for! Highly recommend this fan for any covered outdoor space!

Seems to move air real well, only time will tell on durability. But easy to install and working fine so far.

The fan is fashionable in our lanai. At 54" it moves the air more than adequately. A great value.

This fan is outside on my ceiling covering deck.$$$$ Great bang for your buck. Very tropical look And quiet fan. I highly recommend this fan. I do insist using Home Depit Led yellow bug light. If use reg light bulb the flying bugs will congregate in your ceiling. Very Well made. I Can't wait to see it fairs in the winter months

This is a nicely thought out fan; and it's obvious it has benefitted from evolution over the years. The wireless remote control is a nice feature but did present a challenge when in installing it in a gang box in that I had to trim the cover to make it fit. Also, the white control does contrast with the original almond trim. No big deal though which was made to clear to me when my wife didn't raise any issues. It didn't require any balancing, is quiet; and moves the air nicely. I did think it strange that our local home depot didn't stock even one indoor/outdoor fan, but quick delivery, free of shipping charges made up for it, and saved me from a 50 mile round trip.
