Missing parts and not the quality I expected

Instructions were a little difficult to follow (mainly just pictures) such that we had a couple pieces in backwards so had to take apart and re- assemble. Looks nice once assembled. Drawers do not slide well, but for the price it’s fine.

Perfect. I have a small bathroom and this size works for me.Looks like a expensive piece of furniture.So far so good.

The finished product looks good and the price is fair but I wouldn’t buy it again. The assembly instructions are very special. Make sure to pay attention and apply common sense else you will be ripping it appart again. Drawer system is cheap, no rails or tracks. The hardware is so small, it looks like from a doll house. You might want to swal it out. And last but not least, you will not be able to store towels in it. Too small

The assembly direction were not easy to understand. The quality was good except for the door at the bottom.

Good quality product for the $$. Assembly was pretty easy as long as you take your time and read the instructions.

Came with crack main door which has been hard to replace and do not have new door yet.

Decent quality for the price (on sale) and assembly instructions were fairly good. Took a couple of us and one drill a couple hours- there are a lot of steps. Would buy again. It looks great, functions well.

Rightsize for my needs but screws in plain sight in open part of cabinet. Not happy about that.

From my experience, would not ordered it/ buy at all. Package came like it been previously opened. Began assembling it only to discover, parts were missing. Called the helpline only to discover the 3rd drawer face (Part K) couldn't be ordered for it was an imported product. Also there was a distinct smell from the various pieces that would send warning signals to any nearby EPA office. It was a great disappointment ordering this... looked nice, wished it had worked out, needed to fit a small storage space in my parent's assisted living bathroom....returned the whole thing to the nearby store... Searching elsewhere

This took a lot of time to put together even for my husband who is very handy with things. But the worst thing about this furniture is the horrible chemical smell it has. After a day in our house we both had headaches and I had nausea as a result of the horrible smell. I was wondering if it was formaldehyde used in making the fiberboard. We had to remove it from the house and set it out on our covered porch to see if the smell dissipated but a week later it still has that awful smell about it. If it does not get better then we will be returning it to Home Depot. We really liked the cabinet but the smell is over the top awful and permeated the entire area in the house.

THIS CABINET WAS EASY TO ASSEMBLE, HAS AN ATTRACTIVE APPEARANCE, AND COMES IN THREE COLORS. HOWEVER, IF THERE IS A DEFECTIVE PART THAT HAS TO BE REPLACED, BEWARE BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT GOING TO GET THE PART. I WAS A LITTLE SUSPICIOUS THAT THERE WAS NO CUSTOMER HELP TELEPHONE NUMBER IN THE INSTRUCTIONS. THE HOME DECORATOR/ HOME DEPOT REPRESENTATIVE EXPLAINED THAT THE CABINET WAS MADE OVERSEAS AND THEY DO NOT PROVIDE A PARTS REPLACEMENT SERVICE. THE REP RECOMMENDED I EXCHANGE THE CABINET AT THE STORE BUT I HAD ALREADY ASSEMBLED MOST OF THE CABINET AND IT WOULD BE NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO PUT EVERYTHING BACK IN THE BOX. BUYER BEWARE AND HOPE YOUR CABINET PARTS ARE ALL IN GOOD CONDITION.

Thee Linen Cabinet took some time to assemble but it is very nice good looking and well made..

It is a good quality product.

It's very small. Can't really put any linens in it. Can't fit much in the drawers. The cabinet on the bottom holds toilet paper but I have a cabinet above the toilet for that already. Wasted money and wasted time putting it together. I regret buying something that I couldn't actually see first.

Exactly what I expected. A lot of parts, but not hard to assemble.

I am so disappointed that this product did not meet my expectations because it looked and sounded like exactly what I was looking for. The color is beautiful and I loved that it had shelves, drawers, plus a cabinet with a door and was raised off the floor.... it seemed perfect! However, once I put the item together, the quality for the price did not match. Everything seemed so thin and cheap. I was replacing a Sauder cabinet that was quite similar but was much better built and at least $50 cheaper. I don't have the exact measurements with me but I would guess that the "wood" panels on this cabinet are only like 1/2" thick while my other cabinet was about 3/4" thick. That may not sound like a lot but it was very visible and noticeable. It seemed so fragile. Also, if you are considering this cabinet, I would recommend putting something 10" deep against your wall and note that is from the very back to the front so your interior space is even smaller. I was surprised how small the interior area was. This cabinet might be good if you are tucking into a nook or something but freestanding just didn't work for me. On a side note, I must say that both Home Depot online and my local Home Depot store were great with the return. I was able to just return the put together item to my local store without ANY hassle. I was so dreading it thinking it would be an issue but it wasn't. For that reason, I would definitely try another Home Depot online product even though this one didn't work out.

It took a while to put it together , it also was missing some parts. Call store in Paducah Kentucky and they were no help.

Easy to assemble, packages well, quality product.

Ordered this linen cabinet online to match the Hampton Harbor vanity in sequoia- but the product color is not the same as the vanity. Also it has cheap material and drawers are flimsy and fall out if pulled too fast.

Drawers will not shut.

There were hardware that were to have been inserted in the side pieces where yo screw together and they weren’t there. We checked all the supplies we had before starting but putting it together wasn’t going to happen. Waste of time

The directions are horrendous but once you get it put together it’s perfect. I have two of them and no problems. Do make sure to anchor it to the wall as it is top heavy.

Love this cabinet. It is smaller than I expected, but is beautifully made and was easily put together by my daughter in less than 2 hours. The dimensions are correct. I just pictured it as being larger. Excellent quality. Very light gray.
