The product is still cartoned. Because of the poor delivery process , my schedule for install by contractor was delayed. 12 days of f delay, left in my driveway. I spent hours on the phone, stayed home 3 days waiting for delivery, no communication, no texted delivery day or time line. U was never compensated monetarily for this horrible inconvenience. Read my phone log with customer service on this order.

worst customer service ever
This review is on the customer service because i still have not received my order. Every day for the last 2 plus weeks they said its coming tomorrow. Still hasnt arrived and wont let me set a day for delivery.

Beautiful!
Vanity delivered as stated. Great shape, no dings, no blemishes. It is extremely heavy so have two to three strong folks to set it for you if not getting installed. Love it!

Not Steam Proof
So in a bathroom you would think that the cabinetry would be water proof steam proof,moisture and act. BUT the one I purchase. Do not recommend

The soft close hinges and drawers are great! The thing that sold me on it was that it was made out of wood. True for most of it, but the back and the bottom of the cabinet are pressed paper boards.

I love this vanity. It is HEAVY; however, the top can be removed and the drawers come out which makes it easier to lift and bring into your house. I would strongly recommend paying the money to have the company move it if it’s upstairs.
I am very happy with the look. This is a great deal as others in the market go for $1,500- 2,000.

The vanity is really nice. Just a couple of minor things wrong with it but I can live with it. Warning:
This thing is very heavy. The only way I could move it to where I wanted it was to take the top off. This included me taking about 30 screws out. It can be done but does take crawling into the cabinets to get to the screws.

I love this vanity! I was worried the top was going to be a different color because of other reviews but it was spot on. Exactly what I wanted. It’s a great price and very sturdy. Also getting real stone too at this price is an added bonus!

An incredible value!
I read the reviews before I purchased this and was worried about not being able to take the top off in order to get this vanity into an upstairs bathroom. In the "instructions/assembly" link, there are clear instructions on how to take the top off. There are about 30 screws, but we made fast business of removing them with our cordless drill. Got it upstairs without any hitches. Put the top back on, and "voila!" We have a beautiful vanity with soft close drawers and DOORS! I did make sure to seal the granite.

Very Heavy and did come with backsplash
The cabinet is well made. Concern is how heavy it is. It took 4 strong men to get it up my stairs (sliding it from step to step on granite side) and flip it vertically to maneuver the turns. I was able to hire 4 college aged movers for $200. It took about 50 minutes to get it moved with a dolly to help. Most other moving companies wanted a lot more and some would not even do it. I bubbled wrapped it to make sure didn't get damaged. It had a backsplash (surprised).

Better than expected since I didn’t see it in person...
Better than expected since I didn’t see it in person prior to purchase. I wouldn’t rate delivery as an excellent but the vanity is REALLY nice!
