The shades look very nice; however, the two hanging side by side on my 8' sliding glass door don't hang the same way - one of them doesn't retract properly, and hangs lower than the other when fully retracted.

I ordered 9 blinds. One was not an exact match.It was not cost effective to reorder only one. Therefore we are not completely satisfied with the blinds.

Not the easiest to install but I think they look great. If it's privacy you're looking for these are not for you however. They are a wonderful summer shade in that they diffuse the sun but don't block the light.

If your looking for total privacy, this is not the shade for you. You can see thru it I have it in my sunroom works perfectly. The quality is great and it’s easy to hang.

I ordered these for the cabin, as they were economical. But, I am going to order a few for home, too. They are gorgeous! They were easy to install, and give privacy at night, and a nice bit of filtered lightduring the day. A wonder upgrade for the cabin.

This does what I wanted - general privacy on a garage window. Install was a snap. For the PRICE, $11 each shipped, I should probably rate it five stars. It does have a few minor cons as you might expect, again considering the price. The roll up feature does not always catch at the top. I can see where that may fail at some point down the road, not a big deal though for a garage window cover. As others have stated it is not opaque and any kind of light will allow outsiders to view somewhat inside. I would recommend this as best suited for a utility room, garage, etc.

Decent product for a very low price. Easy to install.

I purchased 9 shades in three sizes. The smaller shades in the manufacturers boxes are nice quality, easy to install and really block the light. The 70" inch shades I bought (supposedly the same manufacturer and color) are a huge disapointment. Poorly constructed, cheesy hardware and not at all the same "natural" color as the smaller shades. Also these larger shades just came in a shipping box, not a manufacturers box like the smaller shades. I'm very disappointed and don't believe all of my shades came from the HOME DECORATOR COLLECTION. BUYER BEWARE!

Not bad for this price. Looks so good. I had a handyman that day when I got the shipment so my wife made him to hang them. I think, it’s really easy to put together.

The blinds went up easy enough. They had the same type of mounting as the ones they replaced. Although the new ones didn't have a center bracket. I though it odd so I used the existing bracket from the old blinds I just needed to drill a hole in the center. They look great and time will tell if they last as long as the original blinds, about 15 years.

I ordered four shades for 2 pairs of French doors that sit side-by-side (i.e., four doors, all in a row). All four shades have different length valences and different length cords. It doesn’t look so great but for the inexpensive price of these blinds, I will live with it.

Great product for the price. They reduce the suns heat in the afternoon without eliminating the view of the lake. Which is what I was looking for. I was able to install them without the assistance of anyone else.

I bought this blind for a laundry room so I wasn't too concerned about quality just blocking the sun out. So if these are going in a garage or auxiliary room its Ok. However if you are looking for blinds for a central traffic area I wouldn't recommend these blinds. The reeds used to make my blind look to be more like seconds, they tied the string used to tie the reeds together on the front of the blind with large knots instead of on the back so the finish is pretty rough in my estimation. If you are going for a rustic decor look these would be perfect.

These have been out of stock in several lengths for months. I decided to call my local store to ask if they would be able to cut them to size. They assured me this was possible so I ordered. Unfortunately they were not able to cut them and it was a very unsatisfactory guest experience.

as other reviewers have stated, these blinds do not provide any privacy at all day or night. I had to return them.

2 of the 3 shades I ordered look different in texture and have a different pull cord. The bamboo on 2 of the shades is uneven and varied throughout, but on the 3rd shade it is straight and even. The price was very affordable, and I like the color a lot. Just not consistent in material and craftsma.

They look great.

I like the looks of it BUT there's a very noticeable flaw in the weave, like a big knot, right in the middle, plus the plastic parts that conceal cord knots were broken on both shades I installed. Had to tape them together with Scotch tape.
