The description of the items were all correct. Size fits perfect. Items are working well and looks great. I live in Texas, these blinds are helping to keep my room a lot cooler without making it complete dark.

Product was great for it's purpose, just needed a window treatment to block some of the sunlight.

They are well made and really look nice. Price is really reasonable.

Overall a good product. Didn't work for what our needs were. However, one of the slats was broken when we took it out of the box. We returned to our local Home Depot and pointed it out to the associate who apologized and immediately tagged it to be looked at to see if it could be fixed before returning it to the shelf.

The shade itself is beautiful and classy. Love this part. The hanging hardware is a bit of a joke if you want an outside mount. I can see how the supplied brackets would work perfectly for an inside mount, as long as there is enough attachment area, which my window (an insert type) didn't have at first glance. For the outside mount, the hardware provided results in either a ceiling attachment requiring a special drill attachment to get into the tight ceiling/wall meet, or a wall mount that results in a curtain positioned a good 1 1/2 inches out from your window's frame, not even close to flush with the frame or wall. Not good. I was able to improvise and buy some 2" "L" brackets and additional wingnuts. While shopping for these, I noticed the type supplied with the shade are virtually the only available option for roman shade hardware for this type and price of shade, so HD isn't apparently at fault here. Still it was annoying to have to find all this out AFTER paying for the shade to be custom cut so not really exchangeable, unless I'm wrong. The more costly ones seem to have thought of everything, just fyi, and look like the outside mount could be hung to be flush. Next time I might spend the money for the shade with the better outside mount. Or try to figure how to make an inside mount work as there are a number of additional advantages there. Anyway, hope this helps.

I purchased on of these blinds for a backdoor to block the sunlight. It does a great job of blocking, while still letting some filtered light through- just what I wanted. The top piece sticks out a bit too far- I wish it was a little more flush with the door. Overall, it's a great shade. Love the color too.

Fairly easy to install. Look nice. Allow some light through during the day, so they do not darken a room much. Do not offer as much privacy as hoped for- a person can see in if it's dark outside and the lights are on inside.

I have purchased two so far and plan on purchasing 5 more as I have 7 windows in my porch. The first one was perfect, but the second one was stapled too low on the board and the board shows from the top of the blind. It's an easy fix, I think. Just disappointed in it. Still going to purchase the rest of what I need. Love the look of them!

The shade was very easy to install in my kitchen window. It has a rustic look to it and I like the gray color. It compliments my new slate colored appliances. I definitely recommend the shade.

I love the style and color of these shades. Look great in my beachy home. One issue was with the string placement on the shades. I had to move the tiny hoops on the back of one of the shades and readjust to match the other. Besides that a great value.

We looked everywhere for shades with a gray tone and these fit the bill. In our last house we spent thousands on high and window treatments but these look just as good for a fraction of the cost. The taupe tones work well with anything. Very soothing.

The shade is not only very attractive, but reasonably easy to install. It gives a clean, sleek look to the window and operates easily. An excellent price too!

Needed something on patio doors in kitchen. Bright sun in afternoon. These shades not only look nice but they block the sun and my kitchen is much cooler in the afternoon. Great value for the price. Wish they had a valance. Easy installation.

These are "bamboo" shades made in China. They are not room-darkening like the box says, nor do they have a valance like the box shows or like the vendor response to a previous review assures. The 34- inch are not really 34 but 33.5 inches. But they are very inexpensive and they look GOOD! They are light filtering and it's nice to see outside through them if you have a pretty view. The driftwood color is a soft grey as you would expect. The ease of hanging depends on your location and the material you are drilling into. Pretty tedious if your windows are high and the frame is rough cedar like ours. One thing I wish I had realized: The shades stick our about 3 inches from the window frame which makes a gap for sun to shine in. They would look great hung on an inside mount but we weren't sure that would work on our windows.

These woven blinds arrived fraying and sag seriously in the middle. They provide no privacy whatsoever. Quite a disappointment.

The description of these shades specifically says, "valance included." The picture shows a valance, and even the directions that come with them show a valance. But the shades come flat with no valance. Otherwise I would have been happy with these shades for the price.

I went to the store to see the in person and liked them. The store showed it with a valance so thought they would be nice. I ordered them on line since the size I needed was not sold in the store. I purchased 3 of them. One came with it only be attached at the top with 1 staple. None of them had the valance and I now see they have updated their site taking out the valance picture and info. I purchased them because the store model showed it with a valance,it showed and stated a valance on line when I ordered them and yet no valance. Here is an interesting thing too the box t came in shows a valance and the directions show a valance. Very disappointed. I called the number on my invoice spent an hour on phone being transferred from dept to dept and all they did was blame each other. Poor workmanship and horrible customer service. I will return these and purchase some from Lowe's.

Roman shade pictured on the website has a valance that covers the wood strip. I ordered two. They came in different boxes and neither one of the two has a valance. The wood strip at the top is unsightly because it is a very light wood and the shades are espresso. Now I have the additional expenditure of buying wood stain to darken the strip. On a positive note, the shades serve their purpose and do block the harsh Florida sun.

I ordered it online but I was hesitant, picture wasn't very clear. Shades look great, easy to install, provides excellent privacy and reduces heat from outside. Good looking bamboo shades/ Although it has been only 3 weeks since we installed it, but I like it. I used in the living room and dining room, because I get to much sun in both rooms. Excellent choice
