Beautiful Vanity/ Poor Hinge
Bought 3 Brinkhill Vanities (1 double and 2 - 36”). Although beautiful, the dang plastic hinges break resulting in the door falling off. This has happened to 6 of the 8 plastic hinge connectors. Very frustrating that fragile plastic is utilized for this. Can’t tell you how much work this has cost me to try and fix this. Pictures attached.

Absolutely Junk.
Everything written here is true. Home Depot takes no responsibility, and when you contact the people on the owners manual they tell you to get in touch with the actual maker who is customerservice@masterbrand.com. They told me they could send me draw fronts and doors. Meanwhile the upper part above the draws (see pics) has the most damage and they can do nothing about it. There is no undercoating at all! One coat of paint is all you get. Terrible, shame on Home Depot for carrying such junk.

Chipping and peeling craze
I purchased this beautiful cabinet in 2020. It didn't take long for it to start chipping and peeling. I am disappointed in the workmanship of this product and will never recommend this line. My conclusion is that it seems like it is lacking a couple layers of the paint sprayer. Is this made in CHINA???

Bought the 30 in cabinet on Jan. 30/2019 for my condo in Florida. Due to Covid, have not been to Florida from Mar 2019 to Dec 2022.
2nd time we opened the cabinet door, the entire door collapsed. The reason? The plastic pegs to which the hinges were screwed to completely disintegrated.

Paint peeling off
I was so excited to “renew” my bathroom with this vanity. I bought in January 2020 and the paint is peeling off the entire front. I know it’s been 2 years but i expected it to last longer than that!! I am so upset and disappointed

Cabinet looks great and just got it installed, but just had all bearings fall out of the center drawer and we haven't even used it once.

The mounting screw for all the handle
The mounting screw for all the handle is too short and does not extend out to be able to screw onto the handle. I have to go buy longer screw which is a waste of time and money.

Paint Pealing
After a few months of use the paint is pealing off doors, drawers, and the base of the unit itself. The manufacturer admitted this is a warranty problem and is shipping me new door and drawer fronts, but refuses to do anything about the unit itself.

terrible craftmanship
The cabinet took 4 weeks to arrive and when it did we were excited yo get it instalked. Sadly. Domeone doesnt knoe how to measure and the doors were to nartow leaving a gsp and the side pieces were all too nattow by ¼ inch on each end. This is ridiculous. Nice looking - poor quality
We purchased two of these in sterling gray. The paint started chipping and wiping off after 4 months of use. We reached out to Woodcrafters and they sent us a new one. They were very nice to work with. We no sooner had it installed when the paint began chipping and wiping off on the other vanity. We contacted the company to notify them of this problem and said we did not want a replacement as we have to pay someone to install it. I asked them for the paint formula so I could touch it up. Their response was "we do not share that information with customers, but other customers have taken a drawer to paint company and were able to match the color." Clearly they are aware of the problem - so while they look nice and are well made, the finish quality is very poor when the steam from the bathroom causes the paint to chip and peel. So sorry we bought them.

Paint chipped within 5 months
I loved this vanity when it was first installed. I’m now very disappointed with my purchase because just after a few short months the cabinet is chipping all over. I do not recommend buying this vanity.

I bought two of these 48 inch vanities (no top) for my bathroom renovation in cream, I was upgrading from an old single sink vanity to a double sink vanity for a built in look - these vanities have a completely open back which is great for plumbing. I wasn’t crazy about the hardware that came with the vanities, but I easily switched those out. I love the look of the vanities with the cove details, They look very high end for the price, the drawers are all soft close which is an upgrade from my old cabs from the 90s I’ve had them for a month and haven’t experienced the rubbing off of the finish that others have reported on. Install was easy, my husband and I installed these in 20 minutes including leveling for templating of the countertops. I ended up using quartz on top from a local company and it looks stunning.

This vanity was installed this week along with a new faucet, Kohler Maxstow medicine cabinet and Everest vanity top. Absolutely love the look! It's early so can't say much about how this will hold up but I'm the only one using it in the master bath so I'm expecting some longevity.

Painting chipping in less than two months!
So far we’ve been very disappointed in the quality of this vanity. It has barely been used and at two months, the paint is chipping in various locations. Also, if make up gets on the finish, it doesn’t wipe off but rather sinks in thus staining it. We worked so hard to redo this bathroom to make it look nice and now this :-(

Paint began chipping within the first 6 months
We originally were happy with our purchase of the vanity, but within the first few months we noticed paint chipping. There is now paint chips everywhere. It looks absolutely terrible! Totally disappointed with this product. We are currently shopping for a new vanity, which really shouldn’t be the case after this amount of time.

Do not buy the Cream finish version!
As many others have stated the Finish on these is terrible and will begin just falling of after a short period of time. I cannot speak for the other colors. They obviously have not resolved this problem after so many complainants as it still continues to happen. One of the Manufacturers responses on here is to have Home Depot color match a paint for you, Really? How about fix your manufacturing problem! The way this cracks and peels all over you can't just go using touch up paint, you would need to sand and refinish the entire thing.

Unfortunately, the paint is peeling all over the edges. It started almost immediately after being installed. Others have also had this complaint which leads me to believe it was not properly primed. I have not put in a claim as I do not wish to go through the process of removal. I’d be satisfied at this point if Home Depot or the manufacturer would provide me with a small can of paint so I can touch up where it has worn off. Although I’m satisfied with the construction of the vanity, it looks awful right now and I can not recommend that anyone purchase this without knowing in advance. I ignored prior reviews about this problem because I liked the look and design.

Affordable upgrade for DIY renovation
We bought this vanity in cognac to replace some dated contractor grade cabinets in a small full bathroom located upstairs. The quality of the frame’s materials are about on par with what we replaced but the quality of the fascia and the hardware were a marked improvement to the look and feel of the room. The doors and drawers are installed at the factory. My only gripe is that there was an alignment issue with the top drawer but it wasn’t a deal breaker because it’s not a difficult thing to fix. Also, read the details: it is actually 1/8” wider than the 60” listed in the main product description which was an irksome surprise once we moved it into position. We had to do a little modification to a half wall to make it fit but once installed is not noticeable. Finally, I recommend stapling in a mat under each sink to protect from drips; the particle board will bubble if it gets wet.

This is a beautiful cabinet. We have had it installed for 2 weeks. There is plenty of storage room in the drawers and under the sinks. It comes with knobs but we switched them out for others that go more with our tuscan decor. My only negative had to do with the online ordering/pick up process, and that does not change the fact that I love this vanity.

This cabinet is a wonderful addition to BOTH our secondary bathrooms. We love the color which is a rich brown with gray undertones. Also, we purchased the vanities when they were on sale which made them a tremendous value. We purchased the vanities, new faucets, lights, vanity top and mirrors all from Home Depot. We had the vanities installed by our handyman, so can't comment on the install. What great updates for our home. We are completely satisfied with the vanities. Thank you Home Depot!

2nd purchase. The first was broken (pictured) so it had to be returned which was a fiasco b/c NSD kept going to the wrong address. HD made it easy to return, so no fault to them. Ordered the vanity a second time, NSD went to the wrong address again, but it finally made it. Opened the box and one of the drawers was off it's side rail. I was able to bend the rail back and get it to work, but if you pull on it too hard the drawer comes off. Hopefully the kids won't figure this out but I couldn't go through the return process again and wait 3 weeks for a replacement.
