This little baby works good. The air flow quality is awesome. When in motion the only thing I wish they would adjust is the oscillator to swing more in a 90 degree angle when motioning back and forth.

Excellent Fan for a vanity area!! Your wife will LOVE you for installing this!! Having the oscillating feature you can blow the hot shower air out the window then sit down and dry your hair while being cooled off by the fan. Great product! Saved my marriage!!

Pros: Aesthetically pleasing; solid construction; powerful fan. Cons: 1. Fan does not oscillate to a full 45-degree angle in either direction (more like 22.5). Given that we were using it for a corner application, the angle was too shallow. I ended up manipulating/locking angle at 45 degrees (see review by PDXGuy). A lot of work, but worth it. 2. Hanger bracket too small 3. Canopy could use an interior foam surround, so that the downrod doesn’t get scratched up during installation.

Looks great. Easy to operate, and puts out a lot of air (which I like). However, we have a 3-way switch and the control is sticky and not smooth to operate. This fan is also surprisingly loud. In addition to the old fashioned fan noise, When I have it on it sounds like airplanes or lawn mowers are in the distance.

Bought three with one as spare. After 6 months, one stopped oscillating and motor starts making noise. Changed out with the spare fan. After few months, fan motor stopped working on the other one and not too long after that the other fan stopped working also. The worst part is the corrosion. I anticipate have to change out in 1 to 2 years due to being in Florida. However, these fans rusted within 6 months. Here is the picture of less than year old.

Fan is perfect for our gazebo rebuild. Compact and efficient. No long fan blades to droop and be a home to mud daubers!

Fan works well . The only confusing thing I found was the fan control #1 setting is the highest speed and # 3 setting is the lowest speed. Fan Extremely easy to assemble. I installed the fan on the front porch as I didn't have the room for a regular ceiling fan.

We purchased two of these for each of our kids room after a friend recommended them. I was impressed with the how they operated but after 3 months, one of the fans somehow began wobbling, like it was out of balance. The fan blade appeared to worked itself loose. The other unit worked great until the oscillator stopped working. I thought we wouldn’t have to replace any ceiling fans so soon. We are going to repurpose them outside on the patio on a fixed position. Would not recommend for the intended purpose.

Excellent quality and easy to install, but oscillates only by +/- 20 degrees, not +/-45 degrees as advertised. I had to hack it to disconnect the oscillator (which is fine for our corner application) and lock it at 45 degree angle. See photos 1) Initial maximum tilt of 20 degrees 2) Remove 4 screws attaching the bracket to the fan; remove back cover 3) Linkage arm and actuating crank are too short 4) Remove linkage arm, cut red wire. 5) Added stopper using 5/8" #6-24 stainless screw and nuts 6) Now lies at a 45 degree tilt

Install was a bit longer than expected but we love them!

Purchased two of these for a covered patio, They looks great and move plenty of air for their size but in less than 6 months after purchase... one fan quit oscillating completely while the other is making clicking or knocking noise. Will see if warranty covers the issue but even if it does, I expect we would get two more that would eventually fail like the first pair. I see plenty of others have had the same issues with the oscillation, just cheap China parts I guess

These put out a lot more air than other fans , they also osculate which is great too . They look great as well . We love them and definitely recommend them . I’ve already had a lot of people wanting to know where they were purchased.

This is a nice looking fan. We installed in our kitchen. It does what I wanted it to do...almost. It doesn't quite oscillate as much as I wished it would. The Oscillating is a bit "jerky" too, not a smooth flow back and forth.

This is the best fan I could have installed for this plant room. Installation was fast and easy, with very clear instructions.

Very satisfied with purchase - just the right look to fit my modern farmhouse remodel! Has that vintage meets contemporary look I am going for. Had the fan installed in my kitchen to go with new stainless appliances. High quality sturdy fan. The wall switch that is included with the fan allows for convenient speed and oscillating control. Excellent cooling breeze while cooking - much needed as farmhouse isn't air conditioned.

I bought two of these fans for my office renovation. They sit side-by-side on a 12-foot ceiling in a 300 sf room. The run whisper-quiet and move the air adequately without blowing my papers all over the room. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Cool fans but RUSTED after only one year on a covered porch. They are rated indoor/outdoor. Very disappointed that I wasted the money and now have to replace the fans.

Very attractive fan that blends well with our other bronze fixtures. I had someone else come install it. He said it was practically put together and the install was very simple.

We installed the fan in the patio area, we put it in a diagonal base to take advantage of the inclination and the rotating movement, although not very large it is very powerful and covers the area perfectly. Elegant, Quiet and Functional, I love it!

I love the look of the fans. I purchased two. One has a vibration and haven't had time to try to fix it. Hope it is just something loose. The are good at moving air - keeps my porch cool.

Perfect for our deck to stir the air on hot summer days! Little tricky on the install and it is oscillating up and down rather than side to side. I'm sure it's a quick fix, just haven't had the inclination to get off my deck chair to do it.

Great little fan for a small area or anywhere you want directional airflow. I installed this in my garage for cooling above the work bench. It helps a lot, even though it is nearly 20' off the ground. I used a work around for the 3 wire circuit requirement. Using a universal fan remote like the Hampton Bay basic on/off remote allows you to control oscillation on a standard two wire circuit. You just use the light function to turn oscillation on/off. There are more advanced remotes that also have speed control.

For those who love antique or classic styles from the 30's/40's. Ceiling Fan looks like the old table fans from that era. In an older home if you do not have the correct wiring you can easily adapt and install a (remote controlled) controller inside the unit which allows the fan to oscillate with 2 speeds - slow and fast; otherwise, the fan will only oscillate in fast speed. The accompanying wall unit is not needed and everything can be controlled remotely when a controller is installed inside the fan. Classic in looks, unique, this fan has great circulation.

If you already have a wall switch wired with 3-wire romex, this would be a breeze to install. I highly recommend checking out your wiring prior to purchasing this fan. What you want to have is a wall switch that runs 3-wire romex (neutral and two hots) from the switch location to the fan. If you alrady have this, installation is a cakewalk. In my case, I was installing this in my master bathroom with a 12-ft ceiling, and the ceiling was not blocked for a ceiling fan. I had to put in a junction box in the attic and drop a 2-wire supply for the power and a 3-wire romex to run to the fan location, and then add the ceiling fan box. Took a while, but it was worthi it. The fan buts out a lot of air movement. My wife has been complaining for years that it is too hot in the bathroom (especially in summer) to take a shower and then put makeup on. She used a small fan on the countertop for years, but now this fan does the trick. The balck iron matches our fixtures, so it actually does not look out of place in our bathroom. It would work very well in an outdoor application as well. The fan is pretty quiet on the lowest speed, but is obviously loader on each successive speed. Noisewise, it's pretty much like mounting a box fan on your ceiling. The wall unit lets you set three different fan speeds (plus off). A separate toggle switch turns the oscillations on and off. You can stop the oscillation in the exact spot you want it to get maximum air movement at a specific location. One thing I will caution you about, is that there are a limited number of positions in which you can position the fan to oscillate back and forth. There is an octagonal (imagine a stop sign) piece attached to the downrod that allows you to position the fan into the mounting bracket in one of 8 positions, giving you only 45 degree resolution. You CANNOT rotate the fan to the exact position at which you want it to oscillate back and forth. When mounting the fan, I was fortunate in that attaching it at a 45 degree angle to the mounting box worked well for me. If you want a position that is not either aligned with a square mounting box or at a 45 degree angle to it, you will need to block the fan at something other than a 90 degree angle to your ceiling joists. In my opinion, this is the only deficiency of this fan, because it limits the locations at which you can direct the airflow. This makes the exact installation location very important if you are trying to get the airflow to a specific point below. Just be aware of this. The fan oscillation is fixed at plus or minus 45 degrees. You cannot change the amount of travel. The fan can be used with a longer downrod if needed. If the oscillation mechanism holds up, I highly recommend the fan.

The installation was easy (per my son). I love the vintage look of the fan it's perfect for my patio and style of house. I like the oscillating feature and the choice of having three speeds. I have had several neighbors stop to say they love the look of the fan.
