I was a little worried ordering the vanity top based on previous reviews of them coming in damaged. I received mine and it was perfect. Very happy with the product.

We are remodeling our bathroom and I ordered this vanity top well in advance of when I would need to install it because a lot of the reviews say it arrived cracked. Sure enough, our first one was cracked in 3 places so we ordered a second one (make sure you check it before you leave the store!). I was expecting this one to arrive cracked as well but it was all intact! It is a beautiful top, I love the color and will go perfectly with the new tiles we picked out. I can't wait to install it!

After sending one top back that was badly cracked (next to the sink in the corner) we were excited that the replacement seemed to be in good shape. However, after installing we noticed that this one is cracked in the same place! This crack is much narrower and harder to see, so hopefully it won't get worse over time. We never had this issue with the oval sinks so it might just be the larger trough sink that makes the tops crack - it's strange that both of these had an issue in the exact same place. If you buy this check the left side of the product where it gets narrow next to the sink very carefully.

What many reviewers have already stated is absolutely true. Once you get one that isn't chipped or cracked then you will be happy with the item. However, they must not be packed well as I too had to return one that had a chip in the top.

After ordering and recieving 4 tops,3 of which were easily noticably damaged and returned,I have now found cracks in my newly installed top.The coloring is amazing but it appears next to impossible to recieve one that is not cracked.I would check it ot very well with good lighting and a second pare or eyes before you accept receipt of this vanity top if you really dare to order this item!

Product would of been great if it didn't have the cracks.

Looks great, except there was a small chip in left front corner. Don't know if it was like that from the factory or if it was from the shipping. Not worth returning for that though.

The vanity looks great and is well built; however, they have shipped it to me UPS twice now and both times the item has been cracked. They are sending me (at a discount) the 3rd one.

There was a small chip in the granite... wasn't bad enough for me to bother sending it back, but annoyed me. I should probably call them to let them know, but haven't gotten around to it. Other than that, I was very happy with this purchase... and it looks great!
