Great that bronze wool is still available. The power of steel wool, without the rustable iron particles left over. Only downside is that this bronze wool leaves quite a few bronze fragments.

I purchased because they don’t rust.

Very disappointed with this "bronze" wool. Easily falls apart. I use it wet and it lasts about 1 day, It used to last a couple weeks. I guess they have changes their formulation. Will not buy again.

Best available for cleaning and polishing chrome and stainless steel. Unlike steel wool the bronze wool will not leave any scratches or haze since it's softer than the steel. Use with a chrome polish for stunning results. Home Depot ship to store saves cost of shipping and they provide great customer service.

The bronze wool readily cleaned a very difficult Silicon solution off my windows without scratching them.

When you combine this FINE grade bronze wool with chrome polish, you'll get a great shine and it'll remove very light surface corrosion. But remember, it has to be FINE grade bronze, not steel wool, and not the coarser bronze stuff, which can lead to scratching. Unfortunately, the retail HD's usually don't stock the fine grade - you have to order it, but that's not the end of the world.

I bought these bronze wool pads to use on stainless steel surfaces where regular steel wool would have made too visible an abrasion. These did work well, but I found that tiny bits of bronze fell out of the pad. This created a cleanup issue when I used them on the front of a toaster oven.

Best thing ive ever found to polish chrome and stainless steel...they dont rust like steel...
