The fork is a little flexible, but will certainly handle the once or twice a year carving duties that I need them for. These are solid budget level products. If I used more frequently then I'd opt for the pricier models in the Henckels line.

Based on recommendations, needed a good carving knife.

This is my first set of “good” knives and I love them. I didn’t realize that spending a little more on quality knives would make such a difference. It a like slicing butter with a hot knife!!

Forged, long carving knife. Can't abuse it...too tough. Sharpens easily...see gray pull-through sharpener... Fork included. Excellent Spanish steel.
