The sod vendor for Jacksonville is a sand base that completely comes off during loading and unloading making unusable to plant. I bought 20 pieces and had less than 5 take root.

I purchased a pallet of harmony farms sid grass from the Atascadero home depot store. It was a great experience and I especially want to call out 2 employees who were so helpful. One is Mark and the other is Steve.. The instructions were great the delivery was good and the grass looks beautiful

I purcahsed one pallet, 500 sqft, of fescue sod. Harmony texted me the status of my order. The delivery was on time. The grass arrived fresh cut and watered. It was not dry. All of the sod was green. The sod did not fall apart, and I did not have any waste. The grass is beautiful. I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend Harmony sod. Thank you

The sod arrived promptly EARLY morning and they looked fresh and healthy. Took 3 of us to lay 4 pallets down in about 4 hours. Two days later I went to add dirt in a few uneven areas and was pleasantly surprised to see roots developing and earthworms everywhere.

this is the best grass I have ever seen and used. the color is magnificent it is so nice I keep thinking they gave me the wrong grass. haha. seriously this is great stull and when they delivered it, it was on time. top quality with the grass and the delivery people.

Can’t imagine that i was supplied with some unwanted grass inside the sod. The sod looked like was previousely rejected by another costomer because was looking half dead. Eventhough from a distance the sod looks good, but when you come closer to it then you will see some common grass finding its way inside

Don't waste your time writing reviews for Home Depot since they reject anything that would actually help the consumer. If that is your position I'll just post reviews other websites telling everyone how you are tied to corporations like "Harmony Sod Co." and reject anything that does not meet your "guide lines." No problem. There are many other websites that want the TRUTH.

Great product arrived as expected ( 6 am ) and my son laid out and was the perfect amount for my. Bare areas. Looks beautiful.

Beware of measurements. I felt the sod was of good quality, and delivery was as scheduled. However, I did not get 500 sq. ft. I counted 60 rolls when it was delivered, and I assumed each roll was one sq yard. Unfortunately I did not realize that each roll was not 9 sq. ft. until I had already started laying it. Each roll was 7 sq. ft. That's 80 sq. ft. short. Home Depot Customer Service was more than fair in refunding me the difference, although I would rather have had the sod. But if you're counting on 500 sq ft confirm with the sod company how many rolls you will get.

We purchased about 20 rolls direct at Home Depot (fresh delivery). Leveled out our yard, laid down turf builder as directed by Harmony (i called them). Grass did great for the first few weeks and has since turned completely yellow and dry. We watered morning and evening every day, plenty of sunlight. So disappointed as it is not cheap. I would not buy again.

Had big rocks in rolls, had some rolls that had big holes in the middle. Also had some that had little to no roots

DELIVERY WAS TOO PROMPT, BUT THE GRASS WAS IN GOOD SHAPE TOOK WELL EVEN WITH SHORT NOTICE ON PREPPING GROUND

It is SOOOOOOOOOO beautiful, we love it. the delivery was a little late and the when the driver arrived he was on a phone call for at least 20+ minutes; that was a little frustrating but the lawn is doing great and it's gorgeous

It was expensive for the amount of sod delivered and I would have thought it would be high quality. It was a rainy week and the sod was delivered very wet and even smelled moldy. It was hard to lay and smelled bad. Wouldn’t ever order again, it wasn’t even close to what I thought it would cover. Ended up still going to local landscaping company to get enough to cover.

grass care out just great

The sods arrived withered and not fresh. I have dedicated the last few weeks watering it twice daily and they are back to life and look great. I took one star out because of that. I would highly recommend for anyone trying to make a decision to buy it.

Some of the sod looks great and other patches look terrible. Unfortunately some of the sod that came had holes already in the dirt and I had it professionally installed but some patches just aren’t recovering (it’s not the watering coverage because that has already been checked).

The grass looks great. Love it!! Top rating! Excellent.
