I have had my shed about a month. Mr. T. Knight, fast and efficiently, built the shed in about 7-8 hours with only short breaks and I might add, all by himself. He also cleaned up the debris and hauled it off with him. Two problems: 1) the doors, which are manufacturer issued, do not hold in place enough with the standard latch assembly that comes with the installation. I added a second bolt lock on the top edge of the doors to keep them from appearing to be open. 2) Purchase paint because you will also have to do your own painting to cover the borders because the two by fours used in installation are not painted, but rather raw timber which is not how it appears in the display picture (see white border and trim in display picture). Overall, it was a good experience, but I haven't painted yet. The bricks and walkway are some things I am working on so disregard. Would I buy again?, Likely, given, with the 10 year warranty!

We just bought this shed and had it installed yesterday. Needless to say the contractors did a very good job installing it. I recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a shed. Well done.

Shed seems to be of good quality. The double door are nice. You have to buy the floor and runners separate. You have to paint it within 30 days or it voids the warranty. If you purchase this shed, buy it without the “professional” installation if you are able to. It will save you tons of headache in the long run. I could write another long review about how awful the professional installation was, but I’ll let the pictures show. It seems to be sturdy, but could use extra studs for the walls as well as some along the bottom to add more strength to the wall.

Shed is nice, installer was friendly, quick and knowlegable. Shed is basic, but high quality. Home Depot employees were basically useless, though; no help at all to get it ordered. Also be aware that if you get accessories like the skylight, it is not part of the standard inatallation.

I bought this shed with professional installation. The shed I received did not have trim, and wasn't sitting flat on the ground. Before the shed was built I put 4 concrete posts in the ground for the corners to sit on. The shed is sitting on 4x4's, and not even touching the concrete posts I put into the ground. I am disappointed with this purchase and wouldn't recommend this product. I especially wouldn't recommend the professional installation. Not only did they do a poor quality with the installation, they rescheduled more than 3 times to install. I bought this in August, and it didn't get installed till Mid October.

The installer was a very skilled carpenter, and told me everything I need to know to maintain and protect it. I gave it two coats of latex exterior satin enamel, and looks great. I still need to paint the interior, which I will do soon.

Installation was Purchased the person arrives with a van and by himself.../? He’s been there for three hours and still has not got it done... WHY DO THEY ONLY SEND I INSTALLER.... unbelievable Stuff all over my lawn ...not good for me or the lawn...

Overall, this is a good shed, I did have to replace some of the wood. However I did use 2x6 pressure treaded for the floor. Then the 2x4 that came with the shed I used as a sill plate for the bottom of the wall. And what was left over I used to make a stronger walls. Overall good price for the shed . You will want to have a air gun and impact driver and a buddy to help. And I am puting vinyl siding on the shed for a maintenance free .

Nice storage . I love it. I can now store all my stuff in it neatly.

This nightmare shed purchase and installation process started on 6 November with Home Depot employees not knowing how to order the product. I then ended up ordering the product in store, and this shed company never called me to schedule the install. I finally called the company myself to schedule the install, we scheduled it for December 19th. On the evening of December 18th, the installer called me to cancel the next day appointment. I explained that I had already taken off of work, but they insisted there was nothing they were going to do to make the original appointment time. We ended up rescheduling the appointment for Friday December 28th. On the afternoon of Wednesday December 26th, Greg called me to again cancel the Friday morning appointment. After expressing my complete dissatisfaction with this company, I was promised an install for no later than January 1st even if he had to go with another shed builder that he had from Detroit. Late afternoon December 27th, the installer called me back to again cancel the January 1st appointment and said he would have me scheduled for that Thursday the 3rd, now claiming to have a 3rd builder available from out of town. Didn't come Thursday the 3rd, instead came January 4th. Didn't even paint the shed. It's not the primer color that was stated to come with the shed, and the trim isn't painted white either. I've now missed 2 days of work for this unorganized nonsense, and this has been an absolutely miserable experience! I cannot believe that The Home Depot does business with a company that reflects so badly on them. Not to mention the fact that the longer this company takes to get their crap together, is the more days that they're taking away from me being able to get a full refund if i'm not completely satisfied with it. I purchased this shed from Home Depot on November 6th! I've already lost close to 60 days, since Home Depot will only refund you from the day that you purchase the product, not the date that you recieve the product installed. Due to not being satisfied with this company, or the finished product, I called Home Depot who then called this company and left 2 messages for them to process a partial refund for the unsatisfactory handling of everything. Two messages were left on Thursday, 17 January for a manager to call me back. It is now Tuesday evening the 22nd, and I still haven't recieved a phone call back.

Excellent shed. Meets my expectations. Local contractor did a great job. Original delivery date had to be postponed due to weather. But they worked around me schedule and got it to me in a timely manner. I couldn't believe one man did this in 3 hours! It has been caulked and painted, as per the instructions. I think I will be very happy with my purchase.

Never told to me until a week after purchase was this shed will take over 10 weeks to install! Bought in August and it wasn’t installed until Oct 25. They pushed back my install date twice! No apology was issued, I felt like they could care less. When it was finally built they used stacked 2x4’s up to 5 high! They are already slanted and eventually will fall over. I have young kids, I definitely don’t feel this was installed safely and professionally. When I called the office in New Hampshire, they said “this is how we normally install them”. The pictures show them already leaning. It’s been less than 2 weeks at this point. This shed did not meet my expectations, and I am very unhappy with the customer service provided to me.

I love my new shed. It is bigger than I thought. All the yard equipment fit in there and helped free up my garage . The installers did a great job.

Great product. Have had it for a month. We wanted the ability to install shelves, hang items, etc. Wood walls make that easy, including building a table on one side for small projects. It had to be painted, which was fine, since we could then match the house. Wonderfully professional and enthusiastic installer! Done in a matter of hours and solid construction. Overall very positive experience. We added a personal touch after it was finished to give it a little more character. See photo.

First of all, people are leaving 1- or 2-star reviews because the installer hasn't show up yet or was delayed. These are not fair reviews of the actual product. Yes, my installation was weeks out and had to be rescheduled once, but so what? Once installed, I've had an excellent shed ever since and will for many years to come. The installer was courteous and did an excellent job, putting the whole thing together himself, which took most of a day. Other reviews complain that it doesn't have shelves or wasn't painted--but nowhere does it say it comes with shelves or paint. I painted mine much like the picture here. It took a long time but looks fantastic. (My neighbor has the same shed but never painted it, and it's not holding up nearly as well w/just primer.) We've had huge winds and the roof/shingles have held fast, and there's plenty of room inside the shed for all my needs. Highly recommended!

great shed. Installed about 1 month ago. Just as described. Installation went great. very satisfied. Only suggestion is i would have gladly paid another $100 for 2x4 construction, but not a big deal. do like the big doors. good headroom inside as well. overall a great shed for the price.

Shed was delivered and built in a timely manner and I'm pleased with the result.

Now installed, caulked, & painted, shed seems on flimsy side, esp the floor; when I close drawers of tool cabinet, the floor ripples & shakes. Hairy OSB is not good for OR's wet climate; plywood w/b better. Installer drove several nails past studs, not into them. Painter had to finish caulking.
