Unloading it from the delivery truck was only possible because I have a tractor. Must have some building knowledge. I hired a handy man to put my shed together. I am very happy with the results. All of the materials were with my kit. Nothing missing.

80% of the boards are warped making it a pain to assemble a straight wall. There were no instructions for the floor kit. I was hoping to hang items from the rafters but I will have to put extra supports in to do that. the rafters are not very sturdy,

At the very bottom of the product description it notes that shingles are not included. Yet, the photo online shows a complete roof. This should be pointed out at the top or a note on the product photo that they are not included.

Before you buy I would recommend downloading the assembly instructions so you have a definite feel for what you are getting with this kit. If you are expecting anything less than a full construction project, this is not the kit for you. WIth that said, I did find this kit to be everything I expected. All pieces pre-cut and clearly marked for "easy" assembly. The true value of this kit is in the time and effort it saves for measuring and cutting. Overall, the quality of this shed was very good. Of all of the lumber only one 2x4x8 was warped beyond use. All other lumber was in top condition. My only disappointment is with the floor kit. The floor kit comes with OSB. I live in high humidity, heavy rainfall area so I opted for buying pressure treated plywood for my floor boards (I will save the OSB for some future project). I feel the floor kit add-on was a bit of a waste of my money. If you have concerns about moisture, you may want to do the same and buy your floor framing and sheeting materials separately.

This unit was put up over two weekends. Instructions were simple and staight forward. Delivery was late and was very worried when it was delivered because they had the wrong lift. After unpacking and getting everything arrainged, no damage was discovered. From there, everything went smooth. There is a lot of room for everything.
