Great blinds, good quality, shipped very quickly and fit perfectly.

This product seems well constructed and was very easy to install.

These blinds worked out great for my front door. The window is really small and I was able to shorten them to fit perfectly. They were under $20.00 with shipping, so it was a great solution for a problem window. They were super easy to install and shorten to the length I needed.

The tool won't accept no star rating, a bug to be fixed. Received both items damaged and can't fit due to bending thru shipping or handling process.

Arrived ok without being damaged. What else is needed?

Vanes are slightly thin so the top one next to header droops on ends from the way it was packaged for shipping. If I had ordered the valance then would not be able to see this issue. This is only negative comment about the blinds. However, one of the wands was missing and no instructions for hanging and the brackets. Since brackets are different than other mini blinds I've hung, I didn't know how to install them. Called Home Depot. Home Depot told me to contact the manufacture and get instructions from the manufacture's website. So I Googled product. Guess what, it is a Home Depot product and the Home Depot website did NOT have instructions. Fortunately obtained instructions from U Tube. Called Home Depot back and was able to get the wand shipped. Wand took 3 days longer to arrive than Home Depot stated. Purchased blinds to reduce heat generated by the sun. Room 2 degrees cooler than before installing blinds.

I've never installed blinds before, but it was relatively easy to do. They perfectly fit my windows, affordable and also nice quality. I would highly recommend them :)

the drawstring to raise and lower the blind breaks easily because the string is flat and thin.

The unit was easy to install. My only reservation is that the instructions are not very descriptive.

Blades fell apart when trying to pull down during installation. Cheap product unfortunately.

These are fantastic generic aluminum blinds. My son was swinging on the other set, so I had to replace them. ;) These are really durable and look nice in my opinion. Easy to install as well.

I thought this shade was suppose to darken the room, It Does NOT! The size 1-3/8 is to large, didn't think that would matter, but by the time I got it up it was to late to return. But over all it's not bad, it still serves it's initial purpose as a shade! Price was fair,too.

Aluminum blinds looks much better than vinyl ones.

Hind sight, I wish I would have bought the more expensive higher quality blind. The quality of this blind is equal to the low price of $16. The pull cord came off of the take up mechanism during install. Had to uninstall and fix the cord. The mounting brackets have the minimal strength to hold it up. It screams cheap and I am going to break soon. Don't buy this one. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Poor rating because the slats DO NOT meet together and create a darkening effect. I bought aluminum thinking it would be darker, but because of the gap between the slats, it actually let in more light than the room darkening vinyl version. The slats do NOT hang over each other as described creating a 'sealed' effect. Returned to store.

I tried to find blinds for 2 weeks and couldn't find any that fit. Looked online at home depot and I was sold on them. they are nice blinds and easy to install.

Bought these to replace my old one. Size are right, easy to install. Quality is not as Good as my old one. The bad part is this one can not be hung evently especially the wider blind.

I had ordered four blinds on line because a 35X47 white was no longer carried at local store in Joplin - - wanted end mount about 1 inch square which I thought I would be getting, but they came as a top mount - - had to use one - - now have three I rather not have - - K.

The blinds were quick and easy to install. One small problem is that one of the open/close wands is tight and doesn't turn easily. I am concerned that it will break with frequent use. Otherwise, I am very happy with these blinds.

Could not be more disappointed and Frustrated! Previous aluminum blinds we had for 7 years before one needed replacement. Decided to replace both blinds on 2 adjoining windows, but only replaced the broken one first. Within 2 days something came loose from the top of the blinds causing them to unevenly go up and down. Replaced this blind with the other new one, and I am not exaggerating when I say the very first night I went to pull the string to lower the blind almost the WHOLE string came out and puddled on the sill! Poor quality definitely would not purchase again.

The fit was perfect and the blind was sturdier than I had expected for the price. I like the size of the slats, as they are bigger than the miniblind but not as big as the heavy 2-inch blinds. It was super-easy to install and looks great. A great buy for the money.

The blinds did come in the correct size and color. That is about all I can say about the product. When it arrived at my house, the vendor had out some cardboard over the plastic holes on the original packaging, zip tied it to the original packaging, and slapped a shipping label on the original packaging. This is not the first time an item has come from this vendor like this. We got the blinds put up, with a little more than the required amount of work, and we find the rod to adjust how opened (or closed) the blinds were was not in the box. I called Home Depot customer service and was told this vendor has a lead time of TWO WEEKS to ship replacement parts. TWO WEEKS for a part that the vendor FORGOT to put in the box!!! So now I wait for this to get to me. Do the blinds work? Yes. Would I buy another Hampton Bay product online? Never.

Hardware is included but no instructions! Went to website to check and there are still no info re: Installation.

I haven't ordered these blinds because, apparently, they're only cut-to-size to a certain width; after which they only come in whole-inch increments.
